(1) Hai anakku, berpeganglah pada perkataanku, dan simpanlah perintahku dalam hatimu.
(1) 내 아들아, 내 말을 따르고, 내 명령들을 네 마음속에 깊이 간직하여라.
(1) {The Wiles of the Prostitute}My son, keep my words And treasure my commandments within you [so they are readily available to guide you].
(2) Berpeganglah pada perintahku, dan engkau akan hidup; simpanlah ajaranku seperti biji matamu.
(2) 내 명령을 지키면 너는 살 것이다. 내 가르침을 네 눈동자같이 지켜라.
(2) Keep my commandments and live, And keep my teaching and law as the apple of your eye.
(3) Tambatkanlah semuanya itu pada jarimu, dan tulislah itu pada loh hatimu.
(3) 그것을 네 손가락에 매어, 네 마음판에 새겨라.
(3) Bind them [securely] on your fingers; Write them on the tablet of your heart.
(4) Katakanlah kepada hikmat: "Engkaulah saudaraku" dan sebutkanlah pengertian itu sanakmu,
(4) 지혜를 너의 누이라 하고, 총명을 너의 친척이라 칭하여라.
(4) Say to [skillful and godly] wisdom, "You are my sister," And regard understanding and intelligent insight as your intimate friends;
(5) supaya engkau dilindunginya terhadap perempuan jalang, terhadap perempuan asing, yang licin perkataannya.
(5) 그것들이 너를 창녀의 유혹에서 지켜 줄 것이다.
(5) That they may keep you from the immoral woman, From the foreigner [who does not observe God's laws and] who flatters with her [smooth] words.
(6) Karena ketika suatu waktu aku melihat-lihat, dari kisi-kisiku, dari jendela rumahku,
(6) 내가 우리 집 창문에서 밖을 내다보다가,
(6) For at the window of my house I looked out through my lattice.
(7) kulihat di antara yang tak berpengalaman, kudapati di antara anak-anak muda seorang teruna yang tidak berakal budi,
(7) 미련한 젊은이들 가운데서, 한 정신 나간 젊은이를 보았다.
(7) And among the naive [the inexperienced and gullible], I saw among the youths A young man lacking [good] sense,
(8) yang menyeberang dekat sudut jalan, lalu melangkah menuju rumah perempuan semacam itu,
(8) 그는 길모퉁이를 지나, 창녀의 집 쪽으로 걷고 있었다.
(8) Passing through the street near her corner; And he took the path to her house
(9) pada waktu senja, pada petang hari, di malam yang gelap.
(9) 날이 저무는 황혼녘에, 어둠이 찾아들 때쯤,
(9) In the twilight, in the evening; In the black and dark night.
(10) Maka datanglah menyongsong dia seorang perempuan, berpakaian sundal dengan hati licik;
(10) 한 여인이 창녀처럼 꾸미고, 그 남자를 유혹하기 위해 그에게로 다가왔다.
(10) And there a woman met him, Dressed as a prostitute and sly and cunning of heart.
(11) cerewet dan liat perempuan ini, kakinya tak dapat tenang di rumah,
(11) 그 여자는 집에 붙어 있지 않고 멋대로 돌아다니며,
(11) She was boisterous and rebellious; She would not stay at home.
(12) sebentar ia di jalan dan sebentar di lapangan, dekat setiap tikungan ia menghadang.
(12) 때로는 거리에서, 때로는 광장에서, 때로는 길모퉁이에서, 유혹할 사람을 기다린다.
(12) At times she was in the streets, at times in the market places, Lurking and setting her ambush at every corner.
(13) Lalu dipegangnyalah orang teruna itu dan diciumnya, dengan muka tanpa malu berkatalah ia kepadanya:
(13) 그 여인이 그를 붙잡고 입맞추며, 부끄러움도 없이 말한다.
(13) So she caught him and kissed him And with a brazen and impudent face she said to him:
(14) Aku harus mempersembahkan korban keselamatan, dan pada hari ini telah kubayar nazarku itu.
(14) “화목제 고기가 집에 있어요. 난 서약한 제사를 드렸거든요.
(14) "I have peace offerings with me; Today I have paid my vows.
(15) Itulah sebabnya aku keluar menyongsong engkau, untuk mencari engkau dan sekarang kudapatkan engkau.
(15) 그래서 당신을 찾으러 나왔다가 이렇게 만났답니다.
(15) "So I came out to meet you [that you might share with me the feast of my offering], Diligently I sought your face and I have found you.
(16) Telah kubentangkan permadani di atas tempat tidurku, kain lenan beraneka warna dari Mesir.
(16) 내 침대에는 이집트에서 만든 화려한 이불들이 깔려 있고
(16) "I have spread my couch with coverings and cushions of tapestry, With colored fine linen of Egypt.
(17) Pembaringanku telah kutaburi dengan mur, gaharu dan kayu manis.
(17) 그 위에 몰약, 침향, 계피향을 뿌려 놓았어요.
(17) "I have perfumed my bed With myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
(18) Marilah kita memuaskan berahi hingga pagi hari, dan bersama-sama menikmati asmara.
(18) 들어가요. 아침까지 마음껏 사랑하며 즐겨요.
(18) "Come, let us drink our fill of love until morning; Let us console and delight ourselves with love.
(19) Karena suamiku tidak di rumah, ia sedang dalam perjalanan jauh,
(19) 남편은 먼 여행을 떠나고 집에 없답니다.
(19) "For my husband is not at home. He has gone on a long journey;
(20) sekantong uang dibawanya, ia baru pulang menjelang bulan purnama."
(20) 지갑에 잔뜩 돈을 채워서 떠났으니 보름이나 되어야 돌아올 거예요.”
(20) He has taken a bag of money with him, And he will come home on the appointed day."
(21) Ia merayu orang muda itu dengan berbagai-bagai bujukan, dengan kelicinan bibir ia menggodanya.
(21) 그녀는 달콤한 말로 이 젊은이를 유혹하여 그를 넘어가게 했다.
(21) With her many persuasions she caused him to yield; With her flattering lips she seduced him.
(22) Maka tiba-tiba orang muda itu mengikuti dia seperti lembu yang dibawa ke pejagalan, dan seperti orang bodoh yang terbelenggu untuk dihukum,
(22) 그 젊은이가 그녀를 선뜻 따라가니, 도살장으로 끌려가는 황소와 같고, 졸지에 올무에 걸려든 수사슴 같구나.
(22) Suddenly he went after her, as an ox goes to the slaughter [not knowing the outcome], Or as one in stocks going to the correction [to be given] to a fool,
(23) sampai anak panah menembus hatinya; seperti burung dengan cepat menuju perangkap, dengan tidak sadar, bahwa hidupnya terancam.
(23) 결국 화살이 그 심장에 꽂힐 것이다. 그것은 그물을 향해 날아드는 새가 자기 생명의 위험을 알지 못하는 것과 같구나.
(23) Until an arrow pierced his liver [with a mortal wound]; Like a bird fluttering straight into the net, He did not know that it would cost him his life.
(24) Oleh sebab itu, hai anak-anak, dengarkanlah aku, perhatikanlah perkataan mulutku.
(24) 아들들아, 이제 내 말을 듣고 내 입의 가르침에 귀를 기울여라.
(24) Now therefore, my sons, listen to me, And pay attention to the words of my mouth.
(25) Janganlah hatimu membelok ke jalan-jalan perempuan itu, dan janganlah menyesatkan dirimu di jalan-jalannya.
(25) 너희 마음을 창녀의 길로 향하게 하지 말고 그녀가 있는 길에서 서성이지 마라.
(25) Do not let your heart turn aside to her ways, Do not stray into her [evil, immoral] paths.
(26) Karena banyaklah orang yang gugur ditewaskannya, sangat besarlah jumlah orang yang dibunuhnya.
(26) 그 여자는 많은 사람을 희생시켰고, 그녀가 죽인 자는 셀 수도 없다.
(26) For she has cast down many [mortally] wounded; Indeed, all who were killed by her were strong.
(27) Rumahnya adalah jalan ke dunia orang mati, yang menurun ke ruangan-ruangan maut.
(27) 그녀의 집은 무덤에 내려가는 길이며, 사망의 방으로 이르게 한다.
(27) Her house is the way to Sheol, Descending to the chambers of death.
