11:1-17 = Perjanjian Allah diingkari
(1) Firman yang datang kepada Yeremia dari TUHAN, bunyinya:
(1) 여호와께서 예레미야에게 말씀하셨다.
(1) {The Broken Covenant}The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD,
(2) Dengarlah perkataan-perkataan perjanjian ini dan sampaikanlah itu kepada orang Yehuda dan kepada penduduk Yerusalem!
(2) “이 언약의 말을 들어라. 그리고 유다 백성과 예루살렘에 사는 사람들에게 전하여라.
(2) "Hear the words of this [solemn] covenant, and speak to the men of Judah and to the people of Jerusalem.
(3) Katakanlah kepada mereka: Beginilah firman TUHAN, Allah Israel: Terkutuklah orang yang tidak mendengarkan perkataan-perkataan perjanjian ini,
(3) 너는 그들에게 이스라엘의 하나님이신 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다고 전하여라. ‘누구든지 이 언약의 말에 순종하지 않는 사람에게는 재앙이 올 것이다.
(3) Say to them, 'Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, "Cursed is the man who does not heed the words of this covenant
(4) yang telah Kuperintahkan kepada nenek moyangmu pada waktu mereka Kubawa keluar dari tanah Mesir, dari dapur peleburan besi, dengan berfirman: Dengarkanlah suara-Ku dan lakukanlah segala apa yang Kuperintahkan kepadamu, maka kamu akan menjadi umat-Ku dan Aku akan menjadi Allahmu,
(4) 이 언약은 내가 너희 조상을 쇠를 녹이는 용광로와 같았던 이집트 땅에서 인도해 낼 때에 그들에게 명령한 것이다.’ 나는 그들에게 이렇게 말했다. ‘나에게 순종하고 내가 너희에게 명령하는 모든 것을 그대로 지켜라. 그러면 너희는 내 백성이 되고, 나는 너희의 하나님이 될 것이다.
(4) which I commanded your fathers at the time that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, from the iron furnace, saying, 'Listen to My voice and do according to all that I command you. So you shall be My people, and I will be your God,'
(5) sehingga Aku dapat menepati sumpah yang telah Kuikrarkan kepada nenek moyangmu untuk memberikan kepada mereka tanah yang berlimpah-limpah susu dan madunya, seperti halnya pada waktu ini." Lalu jawabku: "Begitulah hendaknya, ya TUHAN!"
(5) 나는 너희 조상들에게 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅을 주겠노라고 맹세한 것을 지키겠다. 그 약속이 오늘날 이루어졌다.’” 나 예레미야는 “아멘, 여호와여!”라고 대답했다.
(5) that I may complete the oath which I swore to your fathers, to give them a land [of plenty] flowing with milk and honey, as it is this day."'" Then I answered, "Amen (so be it), O LORD."
(6) Berfirmanlah TUHAN kepadaku: "Serukanlah segala perkataan ini di kota-kota Yehuda dan di jalan-jalan Yerusalem dengan mengatakan: Dengarkanlah perkataan-perkataan perjanjian ini dan lakukanlah itu!
(6) 여호와께서 나에게 또 말씀하셨다. “유다의 여러 성과 예루살렘 거리에서 이 모든 말을 선포하여라. ‘이 언약의 말을 듣고 순종하여라.
(6) And the LORD said to me, "Proclaim all these words in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem: 'Hear the words of this [solemn] covenant and do them.
(7) Sebab Aku sungguh-sungguh memperingatkan nenek moyangmu, pada waktu Aku menuntun mereka keluar dari tanah Mesir; sampai kepada waktu ini Aku memperingatkan mereka terus-menerus: Dengarkanlah suara-Ku!
(7) 나는 너희 조상들을 이집트 땅에서 인도해 낼 때부터 오늘에 이르기까지 내게 순종하라고 거듭해서 경고했다.
(7) For I solemnly warned your fathers at the time that I brought them up from the land of Egypt, even to this day, warning them persistently, saying, "Obey My voice."
(8) Tetapi mereka tidak mau mendengarkan ataupun memperhatikannya, melainkan mereka masing-masing mengikuti kedegilan hatinya yang jahat; maka Aku telah mendatangkan ke atas mereka segala perkataan perjanjian ini, yang telah Kuperintahkan dipegang, tetapi mereka tidak memegangnya."
(8) 그러나 너희 조상은 내 말을 듣지 않았다. 내 말에 귀 기울이지 않고, 사람마다 제각기 고집을 부리며 악한 마음으로 살았다. 그 언약을 지키지 않으면 저주를 내릴 것이라고 말했는데도 그들은 지키지 않았다. 그래서 내가 그 모든 저주를 그들에게 내렸다.’”
(8) Yet they did not obey or incline their ear [to listen to Me], but everyone walked in the stubborn way of his [own] evil heart. Therefore I brought on them all [the suffering threatened in] the words of this covenant, which I commanded them to do, but they did not.'"
(9) Berfirmanlah TUHAN kepadaku: "Telah terdapat persepakatan jahat di antara orang Yehuda dan penduduk Yerusalem.
(9) 여호와께서 또 나에게 말씀하셨다. “유다 백성과 예루살렘 사람들이 음모를 꾸미고 있다는 것을 내가 안다.
(9) Then the LORD said to me, "A conspiracy has been found among the men of Judah and among the people of Jerusalem.
(10) Mereka sudah jatuh kembali kepada kesalahan nenek moyang mereka yang dahulu telah menolak mendengarkan firman-Ku. Mereka mengikuti allah lain dan beribadah kepadanya. Kaum Israel dan kaum Yehuda telah mengingkari perjanjian-Ku yang telah Kuikat dengan nenek moyang mereka.
(10) 그들은 옛날 조상들이 저지른 것과 똑같은 죄를 짓고 있다. 그들의 조상은 내 말을 들으려 하지 않고, 다른 신들을 따르며 섬겼다. 이스라엘 집과 유다 집은 내가 그들의 조상과 맺은 언약을 깨뜨렸다.
(10) They have returned to the wickedness of their ancestors who refused to hear My words; they have followed other gods [in order] to serve them. The house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken My [solemn] covenant which I made with their fathers."
(11) Sebab itu beginilah firman TUHAN: Sesungguhnya, Aku mendatangkan ke atas mereka malapetaka yang tidak dapat mereka hindari, dan apabila mereka berseru-seru kepada-Ku, maka Aku tidak akan mendengarkan mereka.
(11) 그러므로 나 여호와가 이렇게 말한다.‘보아라. 내가 곧 유다 백성에게 피할 수 없는 재앙을 내릴 것이다. 그들이 나에게 도와 달라고 부르짖어도 듣지 않겠다.
(11) Therefore thus says the LORD, "Behold I am bringing disaster and suffering on them which they will not be able to escape; though they cry to Me, I will not listen to them.
(12) Dan biarpun kota-kota Yehuda dan penduduk Yerusalem pergi berseru-seru kepada para allah yang mereka sembah dengan korban bakaran, tetapi allah itu sama sekali tidak dapat menolong mereka pada waktu mereka ditimpa malapetaka.
(12) 유다의 여러 성과 예루살렘에 사는 백성이 우상들을 찾아가 도와 달라고 부르짖고, 향을 피우며 제사를 지내겠지만, 재앙의 날이 이를 때, 그 우상들은 그들을 구원하지 못할 것이다.
(12) Then the cities of Judah and the people of Jerusalem will go and cry to the [man-made] gods to whom they burn incense, but they cannot save them in the time of their disaster.
(13) Sebab seperti banyaknya kotamu demikian banyaknya para allahmu, hai Yehuda, dan seperti banyaknya jalan di Yerusalem demikian banyaknya mezbah yang kamu dirikan untuk membakar korban kepada Baal.
(13) 유다 백성에게는 우상들이 유다의 여러 성들만큼이나 많다. 그들은 저 부끄러운 신 바알을 섬기려고 수많은 제단을 쌓았다. 그런 제단이 예루살렘의 거리들만큼이나 많다.’
(13) For [as many as] the number of your cities are your gods, O Judah; and [as many as] the number of the streets of Jerusalem are the altars you have set up to the shameful thing, altars to burn incense to Baal.
(14) Adapun engkau, janganlah engkau berdoa untuk bangsa ini dan janganlah naikkan permohonan dan doa untuk mereka, sebab Aku tidak akan mendengarkan pada waktu mereka berseru kepada-Ku karena malapetaka mereka.
(14) 예레미야야, 너는 이 백성을 위해 기도하지 마라. 그들을 위해 부르짖거나 구하지 마라. 그들에게 닥치는 재앙 때문에 그들이 나를 부를 때에도 내가 듣지 않을 것이다.
(14) "Therefore do not pray for this people, nor lift up a cry or prayer for them, for I shall not listen when they cry to Me in the time of their disaster.
(15) Apakah lagi urusan kekasih-Ku di dalam rumah-Ku, bukankah ia sudah melaksanakan rancangan-rancangan yang jahat? Dapatkah nazar-nazar dan daging yang suci melewatkan malapetaka dari padamu, sehingga kemudian engkau dapat beria-ria?
(15) 나의 사랑 유다가 악한 계획을 수없이 세우더니 나의 성전에서 무엇을 하고 있느냐? 짐승을 잡아 제사를 드리면 벌을 피할 수 있다고 생각하느냐? 너는 악한 짓을 하고 기뻐하는구나.
(15) "What right has My beloved [to be] in My house When she has done many vile things and acted treacherously [over and over again]? Can vows and the meat of your sacrifices remove your wickedness from you and cancel the consequences of your sin, So that you can [escape your judgment and] rejoice?"
(16) Pohon zaitun yang rimbun, elok dipandang mata, pernah TUHAN menamai engkau. Tetapi dengan bunyi keributan yang hebat Ia menyalakan api pada daun-daunnya, sehingga ranting-rantingnya terbakar.
(16) 한때는 내가 너를 ‘아름다운 열매가 달린, 잎이 무성한 올리브 나무’ 라고 불렀지만 내가 이제 요란한 폭풍 소리와 함께 그 나무를 불사르고, 그 가지를 잘라 버릴 것이다.
(16) The LORD [acknowledged you once as worthy and] called your name, "A green olive tree, fair and beautiful in fruit and form"; But with the roar of a great tempest He has set fire to it, And its branches are worthless.
(17) TUHAN semesta alam, yang telah membuat engkau tumbuh, telah menentukan malapetaka atasmu karena kejahatan yang telah dilakukan oleh kaum Israel dan kaum Yehuda untuk menimbulkan sakit hati-Ku dengan membakar korban kepada Baal."
(17) 만군의 여호와인 내가 너를 심었지만 또한 너에게 재앙을 내릴 것을 선언한다. 왜냐하면 이스라엘 집과 유다 집이 악한 짓을 하였기 때문이다. 그들은 바알에게 제물을 바침으로 나 여호와를 진노케 했다.”
(17) For the LORD of hosts, who planted you, has pronounced evil and horror against you because of the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done to provoke Me [to anger] by offering sacrifices and burning incense to Baal.
11:18-23 = Nyawa Yeremia terancam di Anatot
(18) TUHAN memberitahukan hal itu kepadaku, maka aku mengetahuinya; pada waktu itu Engkau, TUHAN, memperlihatkan perbuatan mereka kepadaku.
(18) 여호와께서 나에게 알려 주셔서 제가 비로소 깨달았습니다. 주께서 그 때 그들이 하고 있는 악한 일을 나에게 보여 주셨습니다.
(18) {Plots against Jeremiah}Then the LORD gave me knowledge [of their plot], and I knew it; So You [O LORD] revealed their deeds to me.
(19) Tetapi aku dulu seperti anak domba jinak yang dibawa untuk disembelih, aku tidak tahu bahwa mereka mengadakan persepakatan jahat terhadap aku: "Marilah kita binasakan pohon ini dengan buah-buahnya! Marilah kita melenyapkannya dari negeri orang-orang yang hidup, sehingga namanya tidak diingat orang lagi!"
(19) 저는 도살장으로 끌려가는 순한 어린 양 같아서 그들이 나에 대해 음모를 꾸미고 있다는 것을 몰랐습니다. 그들은 이렇게 말했습니다. “저 나무를 그 열매와 함께 없애 버리자. 산 자들의 땅에서 그를 죽여 버리자. 그러면 사람들이 더 이상 그의 이름을 말하지 않을 것이다.”
(19) But I was like a gentle and tame lamb brought to the slaughter; And I did not know that they had devised plots and schemes against me, saying, "Let us destroy the tree with its fruit; Let us cut him off from the land of the living, That his name be remembered no longer."
(20) Tetapi, TUHAN semesta alam, yang menghakimi dengan adil, yang menguji batin dan hati, biarlah aku melihat pembalasan-Mu terhadap mereka, sebab kepada-Mulah kuserahkan perkaraku.
(20) 하지만 만군의 여호와여, 주님은 공정한 재판관이십니다. 주님은 사람들의 생각과 마음을 살피십니다. 저로 하여금 주께서 그들에게 원수 갚으시는 것을 보게 해 주십시오. 오직 주께만 제 사정을 말씀드립니다.
(20) But, O LORD of hosts, who judges righteously, Who tests the feelings and the heart (mind), Let me see Your vengeance on them, For to You I have committed my cause.
(21) Sebab itu beginilah firman TUHAN tentang orang-orang Anatot yang ingin mencabut nyawaku dengan mengatakan: "Janganlah bernubuat demi nama TUHAN, supaya jangan engkau mati oleh tangan kami!" --
(21) 그러자 여호와께서 예레미야를 죽일 계획을 세운 아나돗 사람들에 대해 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “그들은 ‘너는 여호와의 이름으로 예언하지 마라. 그렇지 않으면 너는 우리 손에 죽을 것이다’라고 말했다.”
(21) Therefore thus says the LORD regarding the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, saying, "Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, so that you will not die by our hand."
(22) Sebab itu beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam: "Sesungguhnya, Aku akan menghukum mereka: pemuda-pemuda mereka akan mati oleh pedang, anak-anak mereka yang laki-laki dan perempuan akan habis mati kelaparan;
(22) 그러므로 만군의 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “보아라. 내가 곧 아나돗 사람들을 벌하겠다. 그 젊은이들은 칼에 죽을 것이며 그 아들과 딸들은 굶주려 죽을 것이다.
(22) Therefore, thus says the LORD of hosts, "Behold, I am about to punish them. Their young men will die by the sword, their sons and their daughters will die by famine;
(23) tidak ada yang tinggal hidup di antara mereka, sebab Aku akan mendatangkan malapetaka kepada orang-orang Anatot pada tahun hukuman mereka."
(23) 내가 아나돗 사람에게 재앙을 내릴 것이니 곧 그들을 벌할 때가 왔다. 아나돗 사람은 하나도 살아 남지 못할 것이다.”
(23) and there will be no remnant [of the conspirators] left, for I will bring disaster and horror on the men of Anathoth in the year of their punishment."
