12:1-17 = Keluhan Yeremia dan jawab Allah
(1) Engkau memang benar, ya TUHAN, bilamana aku berbantah dengan Engkau! Tetapi aku mau berbicara dengan Engkau tentang keadilan: Mengapakah mujur hidup orang-orang fasik, sentosa semua orang yang berlaku tidak setia?
(1) 여호와여, 제가 주께 불평할 때마다 언제나 주님이 옳으셨습니다. 그래도 정의의 문제에 대하여 주께 드릴 말씀이 있습니다. 어찌하여 악한 사람은 모든 일이 뜻대로 잘 되어 나갑니까? 어찌하여 속이며 배반하는 사람이 그렇게 편안하게 삽니까?
(1) {Jeremiah's Prayer}You, O LORD are [uncompromisingly] righteous and consistently just when I plead my case with You; Yet let me discuss issues of justice with You: Why has the way of the wicked prospered? Why are those who deal in treachery (deceit) at ease and thriving?
(2) Engkau membuat mereka tumbuh, dan merekapun juga berakar, mereka tumbuh subur dan menghasilkan buah juga. Memang selalu Engkau di mulut mereka, tetapi jauh dari hati mereka.
(2) 주께서 악한 사람들을 이 곳에 심으셨기 때문에 그들이 뿌리를 내리고, 잘 자라서 열매를 맺습니다. 그들은 입으로는 주님을 가까이 모신다고 말하지만 마음은 주님으로부터 멀리 떨어져 있습니다.
(2) You have planted them, they have also taken root; They grow, they have even produced fruit. You are honored by their [hypocritical] lips But [You are] far from their heart and mind.
(3) Ya TUHAN, Engkau mengenal aku, Engkau melihat aku, dan Engkau menguji bagaimana hatiku terhadap Engkau. Tariklah mereka ke luar seperti domba-domba sembelihan, dan khususkanlah mereka untuk hari penyembelihan. --
(3) 여호와여, 주님은 저를 아십니다. 저를 보시고 제 마음을 시험하시어 제 마음이 주께 있음을 아십니다. 잡을 양을 끌고 가듯이 악한 사람들을 끌어가십시오. 죽일 날을 정하시고 그들을 따로 떼어 놓으십시오.
(3) But You, O LORD, know me [and understand my devotion to You]; You see me; And You examine the attitude of my heart toward You. Drag out the faithless like sheep for the slaughter [O LORD] And set them apart for the day of slaughter.
(4) Berapa lama lagi negeri ini menjadi kering, dan rumput di segenap padang menjadi layu? Karena kejahatan penduduknya binatang-binatang dan burung-burung habis lenyap, sebab mereka telah mengira: "Ia tidak akan melihat tingkah langkah kita!"
(4) 이 땅이 언제까지 신음하고 있어야 합니까? 온 들판의 풀이 언제까지 메말라 있어야 합니까? 들짐승과 공중의 새들이 죽어 버렸습니다. 그것은 땅에 사는 사람들이 악하기 때문입니다. 그런데도 그들은 “하나님은 우리의 일을 내려다보시지 않는다” 라고 말합니다.
(4) How long must the land mourn And the grass of the countryside wither? Because of the wickedness and hypocrisy of those who live in it, The beasts and the birds are consumed and are swept away [by the drought], Because men [mocking me] have said, "He will not [live long enough to] see [what happens at] our final end."
(5) Jika engkau telah berlari dengan orang berjalan kaki, dan engkau telah dilelahkan, bagaimanakah engkau hendak berpacu melawan kuda? Dan jika di negeri yang damai engkau tidak merasa tenteram, apakah yang akan engkau perbuat di hutan belukar sungai Yordan?
(5) “네가 사람들과 더불어 달릴 때 지친다면 어떻게 말들과 경주할 수 있겠느냐? 네가 안전한 땅에서 걸려 넘어졌다면 요단 강가의 짙은 덤불 속에서는 어떻게 되겠느냐?
(5) [The LORD rebukes Jeremiah for his impatience, saying] "If you have raced with men on foot and they have tired you out, Then how can you compete with horses? If you fall down in a land of peace [where you feel secure], Then how will you do [among the lions] in the [flooded] thicket beside the Jordan?
(6) Sebab saudara-saudaramu dan kaum keluargamu, mereka sendiri juga berbuat khianat terhadap engkau; mereka juga bersama-sama di belakangmu. Janganlah percaya kepada mereka, sekalipun mereka berkata manis kepadamu!
(6) 심지어는 네 형제들과 네 친척까지도 너를 속이고 너를 향해 소리를 질렀다. 그들이 네게 좋은 말을 하더라도 너는 그들을 믿지 마라.
(6) "For even your [tribal] brothers and the household of your father, Even they have dealt treacherously (unfaithfully) with you; Indeed they are [like a pack of hounds] howling after you. Do not believe them, although they may say kind words and promise you good things."
(7) Aku telah meninggalkan kediaman-Ku, telah membuangkan negeri milik-Ku; Aku telah menyerahkan buah hati-Ku ke dalam tangan musuhnya.
(7) 나는 나의 성전을 버렸고, 내 소유인 나의 백성을 버렸다. 내가 사랑하는 백성을 그 원수들에게 넘겨 주었다.
(7) {God's Answer}"I have abandoned My house, I have given up My [precious] inheritance (Judah); I have given the [dearly] beloved of My life Into the hands of her enemies.
(8) Negeri milik-Ku sudah menjadi seperti singa di hutan bagi-Ku; ia mengeraskan suaranya menentang Aku, sebab itu Aku membencinya.
(8) 내 소유인 나의 백성이 숲의 사자처럼 변하여 나를 향해 으르렁거린다. 그래서 내가 그들을 미워한다.
(8) "My inheritance has become to Me Like a lion in the forest; She has raised her voice and roared against Me; So I have come to [treat her as if I] hate her.
(9) Negeri milik-Ku sudah menjadi seperti burung belang bagi-Ku; burung-burung buas mengerumuninya. Ayo, kumpulkanlah segala binatang di padang, bawalah untuk menghabiskannya!
(9) 내 소유인 나의 백성이 얼룩무늬 매처럼 변하였고, 다른 매들은 그것을 에워싸며 공격하려 한다. 모든 들짐승들을 모아서 그 새를 뜯어먹게 하여라.
(9) "Is My inheritance like a speckled bird of prey to Me [unlike the others]? Are the birds of prey (enemies) surrounding her on every side? Go, gather all the [wild] beasts of the field; Bring them to devour [her]!
(10) Banyak gembala telah merusakkan kebun anggur-Ku, memijak-mijak tanah-Ku, dan membuat tanah kedambaan-Ku menjadi padang gurun yang sunyi sepi.
(10) 많은 목자들이 내 포도밭을 망쳐 놓았다. 내 땅에 심은 모든 것을 짓밟고, 내 아름다운 땅을 황무지 사막으로 만들어 버렸다.
(10) "Many shepherds (invaders) have destroyed My vineyard (Judah), They have trampled My field underfoot; They have made My pleasant field A desolate wilderness.
(11) Ya, mereka telah membuatnya sunyi sepi, sunyi sepi tanah itu berkabung di hadapan-Ku! Sunyi sepi sekarang segenap negeri itu, tetapi tidak ada orang yang memperhatikannya.
(11) 그들이 내 땅을 폐허로 만들어 온 땅이 황무지로 변하여 슬픔을 토해 내건만 그 누구도 마음에 두는 사람이 없다.
(11) "They have made it a wasteland, Desolate, it mourns before Me; The whole land has been made a wasteland, Because no man takes it to heart.
(12) Para pembinasa telah datang melintasi segala bukit gundul di padang gurun; sebab pedang TUHAN mengamuk makan dari ujung negeri yang satu ke ujung lain; tidak ada damai bagi segala yang hidup.
(12) 약탈하는 자들이 저 황폐해진 광야 언덕 위를 행군할 것이다. 나 여호와의 칼이 그 땅과 함께 그들을 삼킬 것이니 땅 이 끝에서 저 끝까지 누구나 벌을 받을 것이다. 안전한 사람은 아무도 없을 것이다.
(12) "Destroyers have come On all the caravan roads in the desert, For the sword of the LORD (Babylon) is devouring From one end of the land even to the other; No one has peace or a way of escape.
(13) Mereka telah menabur gandum, tetapi yang dituai adalah semak duri; mereka telah bersusah payah, tetapi usaha mereka tidak berguna; mereka malu karena hasil yang diperoleh mereka, akibat dari murka TUHAN yang menyala-nyala."
(13) 백성이 밀을 심어도 가시를 거둘 것이며, 지치도록 수고하여도 아무런 유익이 없고, 거둔 것이 너무 적어 부끄러움을 당할 것이다. 이 모든 것은 나 여호와의 분노 때문에 일어났다.”
(13) "They have planted wheat but have reaped thorns; They have exhausted themselves but without profit. So be ashamed of your harvest Because of the fierce and raging anger of the LORD."
(14) Beginilah firman TUHAN: "Mengenai sekalian tetangga-Ku yang jahat yang telah mengusik negeri yang telah Kuberikan sebagai milik pusaka kepada umat-Ku Israel, bahwasanya Aku akan mencabut mereka dari tanah mereka dan Aku mencabut kaum Yehuda dari tengah-tengah mereka.
(14) 여호와께서 나에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “내가 내 백성 이스라엘에게 준 땅을 망쳐 버린 저 악한 이웃들에게 이렇게 하겠다. 보라. 내가 그들을 그 땅에서 뽑아 버리고 그들 가운데서 유다 백성을 뽑아 버리겠다.
(14) Thus says the LORD regarding all My evil neighbors (Gentile nations) who strike at the inheritance which I have granted to My people Israel, "Behold, I will uproot them from their land and I will uproot the house of Judah from among them.
(15) Tetapi setelah Aku mencabut mereka, maka Aku akan menyayangi mereka kembali. Aku akan mengembalikan mereka masing-masing ke milik pusakanya dan masing-masing ke negerinya.
(15) 그러나 내가 그들을 뽑아 낸 후에는 돌이켜 그들을 불쌍히 여겨, 각 사람을 그의 재산이 있는 땅으로 돌려 보내겠다.
(15) And it shall come about that after I have uprooted them, I will return and have compassion on them; and I will bring them back again, each one to his inheritance and each one to his land.
(16) Dan jika mereka sungguh-sungguh belajar cara hidup umat-Ku sehingga bersumpah demi nama-Ku: Demi TUHAN yang hidup, seperti tadinya mereka mengajar umat-Ku untuk bersumpah demi Baal, maka mereka akan dibangun di tengah-tengah umat-Ku.
(16) 나는 그들이 내 백성의 도를 부지런히 배우기를 바란다. 그들이 옛적에 내 백성인 이스라엘에게 바알의 이름으로 맹세하라고 가르쳤으나, 이제부터 ‘여호와의 살아 계심을 두고’ 맹세하면, 그들도 내 백성 이스라엘과 함께 살도록 해 주겠다.
(16) And if these [neighboring nations] will diligently learn the ways of My people, to swear by My Name, saying, 'As the LORD lives'—even as they taught My people to swear by Baal, then they will be built up among My people.
(17) Tetapi jika mereka tidak mau mendengarkan, maka Aku akan sungguh-sungguh mencabut dan membinasakan bangsa yang demikian, demikianlah firman TUHAN."
(17) 그러나 그들이 내 말을 듣지 않으면 내가 그 나라를 완전히 뽑아 멸망시키겠다. 나 여호와의 말이다.”
(17) But if [any nation] will not listen and obey, I will [completely] uproot and destroy that nation, says the LORD."
