13:1-11 = Ikat pinggang yang menjadi lapuk
(1) Beginilah firman TUHAN kepadaku: "Pergilah membeli ikat pinggang lenan, ikatkanlah itu pada pinggangmu, tetapi jangan kaucelupkan ke dalam air!"
(1) 여호와께서 나에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “너는 가서 베띠를 사서 허리에 띠고 그 베띠가 물에 젖지 않게 하여라.”
(1) {The Ruined Waistband}Thus the LORD said to me, "Go and buy yourself a linen waistband and put it on your loins, but do not put it in water."
(2) Maka aku membeli ikat pinggang seperti yang difirmankan TUHAN, lalu mengikatkannya pada pinggangku.
(2) 나는 여호와께서 말씀하신 대로 베띠를 사서 허리에 둘렀다.
(2) So I bought the waistband according to the word of the LORD and put it on my loins.
(3) Sesudah itu datanglah firman TUHAN kepadaku untuk kedua kalinya, bunyinya:
(3) 여호와께서 또다시 나에게 말씀하셨다.
(3) Then the word of the LORD came to me a second time, saying,
(4) Ambillah ikat pinggang yang telah kaubeli dan yang sekarang pada pinggangmu itu! Pergilah segera ke sungai Efrat untuk menyembunyikannya di sana di celah-celah bukit batu!
(4) “네가 사서 허리에 띤 띠를 가지고 브랏으로 가서 바위 틈에 그 띠를 감추어 두어라.”
(4) "Get up and take the waistband that you have bought, which is [wrapped] around your loins, and go to the [river] Euphrates and hide it there in a crevice of the rock."
(5) Maka pergilah aku, lalu menyembunyikannya di pinggir sungai Efrat seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepadaku.
(5) 나는 여호와께서 내게 명하신 대로 브랏에 가서 그 띠를 감추어 두었다.
(5) So I went and hid it by the Euphrates, as the LORD had commanded me.
(6) Sesudah beberapa waktu lamanya, berfirmanlah TUHAN kepadaku: "Pergilah segera ke sungai Efrat mengambil dari sana ikat pinggang yang Kuperintahkan kausembunyikan di sana!"
(6) 여러 날이 지난 뒤에 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다. “이제 브랏으로 가서 내가 네게 감추어 두라고 명령한 띠를 그 곳에서 가져오너라.”
(6) And after many days the LORD said to me, "Get up, go to the Euphrates and get the waistband which I commanded you to hide there."
(7) Maka pergilah aku ke sungai Efrat, lalu aku menggali dan mengambil ikat pinggang itu dari tempat aku menyembunyikannya, tetapi ternyata ikat pinggang itu sudah lapuk, tidak berguna untuk apapun.
(7) 나는 브랏으로 가서 내가 띠를 감추어 두었던 곳에서 그 띠를 파냈다. 그러나 그 띠는 썩어서 아무 쓸모가 없게 되어 있었다.
(7) Then I went to the Euphrates and dug, and I took the waistband from the place where I had hidden it. And behold, the waistband was decayed and ruined; it was completely worthless.
(8) Lalu datanglah firman TUHAN kepadaku:
(8) 그 때에 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
(8) Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
(9) Beginilah firman TUHAN: Demikianlah Aku akan menghapuskan kecongkakbongakan Yehuda dan Yerusalem.
(9) “나 여호와가 이렇게 말한다. 내가 이와 같이 유다 백성의 교만과 예루살렘 백성의 큰 교만을 썩게 하겠다.
(9) "Thus says the LORD, 'In this same way I shall destroy the pride of Judah and the great pride of Jerusalem.
(10) Bangsa yang jahat ini, yang enggan mendengarkan perkataan-perkataan-Ku, yang mengikuti kedegilan hatinya dan mengikuti allah lain untuk beribadah dan sujud menyembah kepada mereka, akan menjadi seperti ikat pinggang ini yang tidak berguna untuk apapun.
(10) 이 악한 백성들은 내 말 듣기를 거부하고 자기 고집대로만 살았다. 그들은 다른 신들을 따라가서 섬기고 경배하였으므로 아무 쓸모 없는 이 베띠처럼 될 것이다.”
(10) These wicked and malevolent people, who refuse to listen to My words, who walk in the stubborn way of their heart and have followed other gods [which are nothing—just man-made carvings] to serve them and to worship them, let them be just like this waistband which is completely worthless.
(11) Sebab seperti ikat pinggang melekat pada pinggang seseorang, demikianlah tadinya segenap kaum Israel dan segenap kaum Yehuda Kulekatkan kepada-Ku, demikianlah firman TUHAN, supaya mereka itu menjadi umat, menjadi ternama, terpuji dan terhormat bagi-Ku. Tetapi mereka itu tidak mau mendengar."
(11) “나 여호와가 말한다. 띠가 사람의 허리를 동여매듯이 내가 이스라엘 온 백성과 유다 온 백성을 내게 동여매고 그들을 내 백성으로 삼아, 내게 명예와 찬양과 영광을 돌리게 하였으나 내 백성은 내 말을 들으려 하지 않았다.”
(11) For as the waistband clings to the body of a man, so I caused the whole house of Israel and the whole house of Judah to cling to Me,' says the LORD, 'that they might be for Me a people, a name, a praise, and a glory; but they did not listen and obey.'
13:12-14 = Buyung anggur yang dipecahkan
(12) Katakanlah kepada mereka firman ini: Beginilah firman TUHAN, Allah Israel: Setiap buyung harus dipenuhi dengan anggur! Dan jika mereka berkata kepadamu: Masakan kami tidak tahu betul, bahwa setiap buyung harus dipenuhi dengan anggur?,
(12) “너는 그들에게 이 말을 전하여라. ‘이스라엘의 하나님이신 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. 모든 가죽 부대는 포도주로 가득 차야 한다.’ 그러면 백성들이 네게 ‘우리도 모든 가죽 부대가 포도주로 가득 차야 한다는 것을 압니다’라고 말할 것이다.
(12) {Captivity Threatened}"Therefore you are to speak this word to them, 'Thus says the LORD, the God of Israel, "Every jar should be filled with wine."' The people will say to you, 'Do we not already know that every jar should be filled with wine?'
(13) maka katakanlah kepada mereka: Beginilah firman TUHAN: Sesungguhnya, seluruh penduduk negeri ini akan Kupenuhi dengan kemabukan: para raja yang duduk di atas takhta Daud, para imam, para nabi dan seluruh penduduk Yerusalem.
(13) 너는 그들에게 말하여라. ‘여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. 보아라. 내가 이 땅에 사는 모든 사람을 취하게 만들겠다. 다윗의 보좌 위에 앉은 왕이나 제사장이나 예언자나 예루살렘에 사는 모든 백성을 다 취하게 만들겠다.
(13) Then say to them, 'Thus says the LORD, "Behold, I am about to fill with drunkenness all the people of this land, even the kings who sit on David's throne, the priests, the prophets and all the people of Jerusalem.
(14) Aku akan membantingkan seorang kepada yang lain sampai mereka hancur, bapa-bapa dengan anak-anaknya, demikianlah firman TUHAN. Aku akan membinasakan mereka tanpa belas kasihan, tanpa merasa sayang dan tanpa ampun."
(14) 내가 그들로 서로 부딪혀 넘어지게 할 것이니, 아버지와 아들도 서로 부딪혀 넘어지게 될 것이다. 여호와의 말씀이다. 그들을 불쌍히 여기지도 않고 가엾게 여기지도 않겠다. 자비를 베풀지도 않고 그들을 멸망시키겠다.’”
(14) I will smash them one against another, both the fathers and the sons together," says the LORD. "I shall destroy them [nothing will restrain Me]; I will not show pity nor be sorry nor have compassion."'"
13:15-27 = Peringatan dan ancaman
(15) Dengarlah, pasanglah telingamu, janganlah kamu tinggi hati, sebab TUHAN telah berfirman.
(15) 귀 기울여 잘 들어라. 너무 교만하지 마라. 여호와께서 너희에게 말씀하신다.
(15) Listen and pay close attention, do not be haughty and overconfident, For the LORD has spoken [says Jeremiah].
(16) Permuliakanlah TUHAN, Allahmu, sebelum Ia membuat hari menjadi gelap, sebelum kakimu tersandung di atas bukit-bukit yang diliputi senja, sementara kamu menanti-nantikan terang, tetapi Ia menjadikan hari kelam pekat dan mengubahnya menjadi gelap gulita.
(16) 여호와 너희 하나님을 존경하여라. 그분이 어둠을 몰고 오시기 전에 하나님께 영광을 돌려라. 너희가 어두운 산에서 쓰러지기 전에 하나님을 찬양하여라. 너희가 빛을 원해도 주께서는 빛을 어둠으로 바꾸시고, 짙은 그늘로 바꾸실 것이다.
(16) Give glory to the LORD your God, Before He brings darkness And before your feet stumble On the dark and shadowy mountains, And while you are longing for light He turns it into the shadow of death, And makes it into thick darkness.
(17) Jika kamu tidak mau mendengarkannya, aku akan menangis di tempat yang tersembunyi oleh karena kesombonganmu, air mataku akan berlinang-linang, bahkan akan bercucuran, oleh sebab kawanan domba TUHAN diangkut tertawan.
(17) 너희가 여호와의 말씀을 듣지 않으면 나는 몰래 울 것이다. 너희의 교만 때문에 눈물을 흘리며 통곡하고 내 눈에 눈물이 마르지 않을 것이다. 그것은 여호와의 백성이 사로잡혔기 때문이다.
(17) But if you will not listen and obey, My soul will weep in secret for your pride; My eyes will weep bitterly And flow with tears, Because the Lord's flock has been taken captive.
(18) Katakanlah kepada raja dan kepada ibu suri: "Duduklah di tempat yang rendah sekali, sebab mahkota kemuliaanmu sudah turun dari kepalamu!"
(18) 왕과 왕후에게 이렇게 전하여라. “보좌에서 내려와 낮은 곳에 앉으시오. 왕과 왕후의 아름다운 왕관이 머리에서 떨어졌소.”
(18) Say to the king and the queen mother, "Humble yourselves and take a lowly seat, For your beautiful crown [the crown of your glory] Has come down from your head."
(19) Kota-kota tanah Negeb sudah ditutup gerbangnya, dan tidak ada seorangpun yang membukanya. Segenap Yehuda sudah diangkut ke dalam pembuangan, diangkut ke dalam pembuangan seluruhnya.
(19) 유다 남쪽 네게브의 성들이 닫혔으나 열 수 있는 사람이 아무도 없으니 온 유다가 낯선 땅으로 사로잡혀 갈 것이다. 한 사람도 남김없이 사로잡혀 갈 것이다.
(19) The cities of the South (the Negev) have been closed up, And there is no one to open them; All Judah has been carried into exile, Completely carried away into exile.
(20) Layangkanlah matamu, hai Yerusalem, dan lihatlah, ada orang-orang datang dari utara! Di manakah kawanan ternak yang diberikan kepadamu, kambing domba yang menjadi kemuliaanmu?
(20) 예루살렘아, 눈을 들어 북쪽에서부터 오는 사람들을 보아라. 하나님이 네게 주신 양 떼, 네가 자랑하던 양 떼는 어디에 있느냐?
(20) "Lift up your eyes and see Those coming from the north. Where is the flock that was given to you [to shepherd], Your beautiful flock?
(21) Apakah yang kaukatakan, apabila diangkat menjadi kepalamu orang-orang yang kauperlakukan sebagai pacar? Bukankah kesakitan akan menyergap engkau seperti halnya seorang perempuan yang melahirkan?
(21) 네가 가르쳤던 사람들을 네 위에 통치자로 세운다면 너는 무슨 말을 하겠느냐? 네게 큰 고통이 있지 않겠느냐? 너의 고통이 아기를 낳는 여자의 고통과 같을 것이다.
(21) "What will you say [O Jerusalem] when the LORD appoints [foreign nations to rule] over you— Those former friends and allies whom you have encouraged [to be your companions]— Will not pain seize you Like [that of] a woman in childbirth?
(22) Dan apabila engkau bertanya dalam hatimu: "Mengapakah semuanya ini menimpa aku?" Karena banyaknya kesalahanmulah maka disingkapkan ujung kainmu dan engkau diperkosa!
(22) 너는 “어찌하여 이런 일이 내게 일어났을까?” 하고 스스로 물을 것이다. 이 모든 것은 네가 저지른 많은 죄 때문이다. 네 죄 때문에 네 치마가 들춰졌고 네 사지가 드러난 것이다.
(22) "And if you [wonder and] say in your heart, 'Why have these things happened to me?' It is because of the greatness and nature of your sin That your skirts have been pulled away [subjecting you to public disgrace] And [like a barefoot slave] your heels have been wounded.
(23) Dapatkah orang Etiopia mengganti kulitnya atau macan tutul mengubah belangnya? Masakan kamu dapat berbuat baik, hai orang-orang yang membiasakan diri berbuat jahat?
(23) 에티오피아 사람이 피부 색깔을 바꿀 수 있겠느냐? 표범이 그 얼룩을 바꿀 수 있겠느냐? 만약 바꿀 수 있다면 언제나 악한 일만 하는 너희도 착한 일을 할 수 있을 것이다.
(23) "Can the Ethiopian change his skin Or the leopard his spots? Then you also can do good Who are accustomed to evil and even trained to do it.
(24) Aku akan menghamburkan mereka seperti sekam yang diterbangkan angin padang gurun.
(24) 여호와께서 말씀하셨다. “예루살렘아, 사막에서 불어 오는 바람에 날리는 겨처럼 내가 너희를 흩어 놓을 것이다.
(24) "Therefore I will scatter you like drifting straw [Driven away] by the desert wind.
(25) Itulah nasibmu, bagianmu yang telah Kuukur untukmu, demikianlah firman TUHAN, karena engkau melupakan Aku, dan mempercayai dusta.
(25) 이것이 너희가 받을 몫이다. 내가 세워 놓은 계획 가운데 너희가 받을 몫이다. 이는 네가 나를 잊어 버리고, 거짓된 우상을 의지하였기 때문이다.
(25) "This is your destiny, the portion [of judgment] measured to you From Me," says the LORD, "Because you have forgotten Me And trusted in [pagan] lies [the counterfeit gods, and the pretense of alliance]."
(26) Akupun juga akan mengangkat ujung kainmu sampai kepada mukamu, sehingga kelihatan auratmu.
(26) 내가 너의 치마를 네 얼굴까지 걷어올려서 너의 부끄러운 모습을 드러낼 것이다.
(26) "So I Myself will throw your skirts up over your face, That your shame may be exposed [publicly].
(27) Zinahmu dan ringkikmu, persundalanmu yang mesum di atas bukit-bukit dan di padang-padang, Aku sudah melihat perbuatanmu yang keji itu. Celakalah engkau, hai Yerusalem, berapa lama lagi hingga engkau menjadi tahir?
(27) 네가 저지른 끔찍한 일들을 내가 보았다. 네가 간음을 한 것과 음란한 소리를 낸 것과 창녀처럼 사는 것을 내가 보았다. 네가 언덕과 들판에서 행한 역겨운 짓을 다 보았다. 예루살렘아, 너에게 재앙이 이를 것이다. 네가 언제까지 그렇게 더럽게 지내려느냐?”
(27) "I have seen your vile and detestable acts, Even your adulteries and your lustful neighings [after idols], And the lewdness of your prostitution On the hills in the fields. Woe (judgment is coming) to you, O Jerusalem! How long will you remain unclean [by ignoring My precepts]?"
