(1) TUHAN berfirman kepadaku: "Sekalipun Musa dan Samuel berdiri di hadapan-Ku, hati-Ku tidak akan berbalik kepada bangsa ini. Usirlah mereka dari hadapan-Ku, biarlah mereka pergi!
(1) 여호와께서 내게 말씀하셨다. “모세와 사무엘이 내 앞에 서서 부탁한다 하더라도 나는 이 백성을 불쌍히 여기지 않겠다. 내 앞에서 이 백성을 쫓아 낼 것이다.
(1) {Judgment Must Come}Then the LORD said to me, "Even though Moses and Samuel were to stand before Me [interceding for them], My heart would still not be [turned with favor] toward this people [Judah]. Send them away from My presence and out of My sight and let them go!
(2) Dan apabila mereka bertanya kepadamu: Ke manakah kami harus pergi?, maka jawablah mereka: Beginilah firman TUHAN: Yang ke maut, ke mautlah! Yang ke pedang, ke pedanglah! Yang ke kelaparan, ke kelaparanlah! dan yang ke tawanan, ke tawananlah!
(2) 그들이 너에게 ‘우리가 어디로 나가야 합니까?’ 하고 묻거든 그들에게 대답하여라. ‘여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. 죽을 사람은 죽음으로 나아가고, 칼에 죽을 사람은 칼에 죽고, 굶주려 죽을 사람은 굶주려 죽고, 포로로 끌려갈 사람은 포로로 끌려갈 것이다.’
(2) And it shall be that when they say to you, 'Where should we go?' then tell them, 'Thus says the LORD: "Those [destined] for death, to death; Those for the sword, to the sword; Those for famine, to famine; Those for captivity, to captivity."'
(3) Aku akan mendatangkan atas mereka empat hukuman, demikianlah firman TUHAN: pedang untuk membunuh, anjing-anjing untuk menyeret-nyeret, burung-burung di udara dan binatang-binatang di bumi untuk memakan dan menghabiskan.
(3) 내가 그들에게 네 가지 벌을 내리겠다. 곧 칼을 보내어 그들을 죽이겠고, 개들을 보내어 그들을 찢게 하겠고, 하늘의 새들과 땅 위의 짐승들을 보내어 그들의 시체를 먹어 치워 멸망하게 하겠다.
(3) I will appoint four kinds of destroyers over them," says the LORD, "the sword to slay, the dogs to tear and drag away, and the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth to devour and to destroy.
(4) Dengan demikian Aku akan membuat mereka menjadi kengerian bagi segala kerajaan di bumi, oleh karena segala apa yang dilakukan Manasye bin Hizkia, raja Yehuda, di Yerusalem."
(4) 유다 왕 히스기야의 아들 므낫세가 예루살렘에서 한 일 때문에 땅 위의 모든 나라들이 유다 백성을 미워하게 될 것이다.”
(4) I will make them an object of horror to all nations of the earth because of Manasseh [the despicable] son of Hezekiah, king of Judah, for the [evil and detestable] things which he did in Jerusalem.
15:5-9 = Kedahsyatan yang ditimbulkan oleh perang
(5) Siapakah yang akan merasa kasihan terhadap engkau, hai Yerusalem, dan siapakah yang akan turut berdukacita dengan engkau? Siapakah yang akan singgah untuk menanyakan perihal kesehatanmu?
(5) “예루살렘아, 누가 너를 불쌍히 여기겠느냐? 너를 위해 슬피 울 사람이 누구이며, 네 안부를 물으러 찾아올 사람이 어디에 있겠느냐?
(5) "For who will have pity on you, O Jerusalem, Or who will mourn for you, Or who will turn aside to ask about your welfare?
(6) Engkau sendiri telah menolak Aku, demikianlah firman TUHAN, telah pergi meninggalkan Aku. Maka Aku mengacungkan tangan-Ku dan membinasakan engkau; Aku sudah jemu untuk merasa sesal.
(6) 예루살렘아, 너는 나를 저버렸다. 나 여호와의 말이다. 너는 점점 더 멀리 가 버렸다. 그러므로 내가 네 위에 손을 뻗어서 너를 멸망시키겠다. 나도 내 노여움을 거두어들이기에 지쳤다.
(6) "You have abandoned (rejected) Me," says the LORD. "You keep going backward. Therefore I shall stretch out My hand against you and destroy you; I am tired of delaying [your punishment]!
(7) Aku menampi mereka dengan tampi di kota-kota negeri; Aku membuat umat-Ku kehilangan anak dan membinasakan mereka, karena mereka tidak berbalik dari tingkah langkah mereka.
(7) 내가 유다 백성을 갈퀴로 갈라 놓겠다. 이 땅의 모든 성문에서 그들을 흩어 놓겠다. 내 백성이 그 길을 돌이키지 않았으므로 그들의 자녀를 빼앗아 버리겠다. 내가 그들을 멸망시키겠다.
(7) "I will winnow (sort, separate) them with a winnowing fork At the gates of the land; I will deprive them of children, I will destroy My people; They did not repent and turn from their [evil] ways.
(8) Janda-janda di antara mereka Kubuat lebih besar jumlahnya dari pada pasir laut. Aku mendatangkan ke atas ibu dan teruna suatu pembinasa pada tengah hari. Dengan tiba-tiba Aku menurunkan ke atas mereka kegelisahan dan kekejutan.
(8) 수많은 여자들이 남편을 잃어버려 바다의 모래보다 많은 과부가 생길 것이다. 내가 대낮에 침략자를 끌어들여 젊은이들과 그들의 어머니들을 함께 칠 것이고 유다 백성에게 고통과 두려움이 찾아오게 하겠다.
(8) "I will make their widows more numerous before Me Than the sand of the seas; I will bring against them, against the mother of the young men, A destroyer at noonday; I will suddenly cause anguish and terror To fall on her.
(9) Maka meranalah perempuan yang sudah tujuh kali melahirkan, nafasnya mengap-mengap, baginya matahari sudah terbenam selagi hari siang, ia menjadi malu dan tersipu-sipu. Sisa mereka akan Kuserahkan kepada pedang di depan musuh-musuh mereka, demikianlah firman TUHAN."
(9) 자녀를 일곱이나 둔 여자라도 자녀를 모두 잃고 힘이 빠져 기절할 것이다. 밝은 대낮이 슬픈 어둠으로 변하여 그 여자는 절망에 빠지고 수치스럽게 될 것이다. 유다의 살아 남은 사람들은 적군의 칼날에 죽게 될 것이다. 나 여호와의 말이다.”
(9) "She who has borne seven [sons] languishes; She has breathed out her soul. Her sun has set while it was still day; She has been shamed and humiliated. So I will hand over [the rest of] the survivors to the sword Before their enemies," says the LORD.
15:10-21 = Pergumulan nabi Yeremia
(10) Celaka aku, ya ibuku, bahwa engkau melahirkan aku, seorang yang menjadi buah perbantahan dan buah percederaan bagi seluruh negeri. Aku bukan orang yang menghutangkan ataupun orang yang menghutang kepada siapapun, tetapi mereka semuanya mengutuki aku.
(10) 아, 어머니! 어찌하여 날 낳으셨습니까? 나는 온 세계와 더불어 다투고 싸워야 할 사람입니다. 나는 아무것도 빌려 주지 않았고, 빌리지도 않았는데 사람마다 다 나를 저주합니다.
(10) Woe to me, my mother, that you have given birth to me To be a man of strife and a man of contention to all the earth! I have not loaned, nor have men lent money to me, Yet everyone curses me.
(11) Sungguh, ya TUHAN, aku telah melayani Engkau dengan sebaik-baiknya, dan telah membela musuh di depan-Mu pada masa kecelakaannya dan kesesakannya!
(11) 여호와께서 말씀하셨다. “내가 진실로 너를 강하게 하고 복을 누리게 하겠다. 네 원수들로부터 재앙과 고통이 찾아올 때에 네 기도를 들어 주겠다.
(11) The LORD said, "Surely [it will go well for Judah's obedient remnant for] I will set you free for good purposes; Surely [Jeremiah] I will [intercede for you with the enemy and I will] cause the enemy to plead with you [for help] In a time of disaster and a time of distress.
(12) Dapatkah orang mematahkan besi, besi dari utara dan tembaga?
(12) 쇠가 북쪽에서 오는 쇠와 놋쇠를 부술 수 있겠느냐?
(12) "Can anyone crush iron, The iron from the north, or bronze?
(13) Harta kekayaanmu dan barang-barang perbendaharaanmu akan Kuberikan dirampas sebagai ganjaran atas segala dosamu di segenap daerahmu.
(13) 유다 백성들이 온 나라 곳곳에서 죄를 지었기 때문에 그들의 재산과 보물을 원수들에게 값없이 주겠다.
(13) "Your [nation's] riches and your treasures I will give as plunder without price [to the Babylonians], Because of all your sins And within all your territories.
(14) Aku akan membuat engkau menjadi budak musuhmu di negeri yang tidak kaukenal, sebab dalam murka-Ku telah mencetus api yang akan menyala atasmu."
(14) 내가 너희를 너희 원수에게 넘겨 주면 너희는 너희가 알지도 못하는 땅으로 잡혀 갈 것이다. 내 노여움이 불처럼 타올라 너희를 태워 없앨 것이다.”
(14) "Then I will make your enemies bring [you along with] your possessions Into a land which you do not know [for there you will serve your conquerors]; For a fire has been kindled in My anger, Which will burn upon you."
(15) Engkau mengetahuinya; ya TUHAN, ingatlah aku dan perhatikanlah aku, lakukanlah pembalasan untukku terhadap orang-orang yang mengejar aku. Janganlah membiarkan aku diambil, karena panjang sabar-Mu, ketahuilah bagaimana aku menanggung celaan oleh karena Engkau!
(15) 여호와여, 주님은 아십니다. 저를 기억하시고 돌보아 주시며 저를 해치는 사람들에게 벌을 내려주십시오. 저들의 악한 것을 참고 보시는 가운데 제가 멸망하는 일은 없게 해 주십시오. 제가 주님 때문에 모욕당하는 것을 생각해 주십시오.
(15) {Jeremiah's Prayer and God's Answer}O LORD, You know and understand; Remember me [thoughtfully], take notice of me, take vengeance for me on my persecutors. Do not, in view of Your patience, take me away; Know that for Your sake I endure [continual] rebuke and dishonor.
(16) Apabila aku bertemu dengan perkataan-perkataan-Mu, maka aku menikmatinya; firman-Mu itu menjadi kegirangan bagiku, dan menjadi kesukaan hatiku, sebab nama-Mu telah diserukan atasku, ya TUHAN, Allah semesta alam.
(16) 주님의 말씀이 내게 이르렀을 때에 저는 그 말씀을 삼켰습니다. 주님의 말씀을 듣고 저는 행복했습니다. 저는 주님의 이름으로 불리게 되었습니다. 주님의 이름은 만군의 하나님 여호와이십니다.
(16) Your words were found and I ate them, And Your words became a joy to me and the delight of my heart; For I have been called by Your name, O LORD God of hosts.
(17) Tidak pernah aku duduk beria-ria dalam pertemuan orang-orang yang bersenda gurau; karena tekanan tangan-Mu aku duduk sendirian, sebab Engkau telah memenuhi aku dengan geram.
(17) 저는 웃으며 즐거워하는 무리와 함께 앉은 적이 없습니다. 주님의 손에 이끌려 홀로 앉아 있던 것은 주께서 저를 분노로 가득 채우셨기 때문입니다.
(17) I did not sit with the group of those who celebrate, Nor did I rejoice; I sat alone because Your [powerful] hand was upon me, For You had filled me with indignation [at their sin].
(18) Mengapakah penderitaanku tidak berkesudahan, dan lukaku sangat payah, sukar disembuhkan? Sungguh, Engkau seperti sungai yang curang bagiku, air yang tidak dapat dipercayai.
(18) 어찌하여 제 고통이 끝나지 않는 것입니까? 제 상처는 어찌하여 고칠 수 없고, 낫지 않는 것입니까? 주는 제게 물이 넘쳤다가 말랐다가 하는 믿을 수 없는 시내와도 같습니다.
(18) Why has my pain been perpetual And my wound incurable, refusing to be healed? Will you indeed be to me like a deceptive brook With water that is unreliable?
(19) Karena itu beginilah jawab TUHAN: "Jika engkau mau kembali, Aku akan mengembalikan engkau menjadi pelayan di hadapan-Ku, dan jika engkau mengucapkan apa yang berharga dan tidak hina, maka engkau akan menjadi penyambung lidah bagi-Ku. Biarpun mereka akan kembali kepadamu, namun engkau tidak perlu kembali kepada mereka.
(19) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “네가 마음을 돌이켜 내게 돌아오면 너를 다시 맞아들여 나를 섬기게 하겠다. 너는 헛된 말을 하지 말고 값진 말을 해야 한다. 그러면 나를 대신해서 말하는 나의 입이 될 수 있다. 유다 백성이 네게로 돌아와야지, 네가 변하여 유다 백성처럼 되면 안 된다.
(19) Therefore, thus says the LORD [to Jeremiah], "If you repent [and give up this mistaken attitude of despair and self-pity], then I will restore you [to a state of inner peace] So that you may stand before Me [as My obedient representative]; And if you separate the precious from the worthless [examining yourself and cleansing your heart from unwarranted doubt concerning My faithfulness], You will become My spokesman. Let the people turn to you [and learn to value My values]— But you, you must not turn to them [with regard for their idolatry and wickedness].
(20) Terhadap bangsa ini Aku akan membuat engkau sebagai tembok berkubu dari tembaga; mereka akan memerangi engkau, tetapi tidak akan mengalahkan engkau, sebab Aku menyertai engkau untuk menyelamatkan dan melepaskan engkau, demikianlah firman TUHAN.
(20) 내가 너를 이 백성 앞에서 굳건한 성벽처럼 만들 것이니 너는 놋쇠 성벽처럼 굳건할 것이다. 그들이 너와 맞서 싸워도 너를 이기지 못할 것이다. 내가 너와 함께 하여 너를 돕고 구원해 주겠다. 나 여호와의 말이다.
(20) "And I will make you to this people A fortified wall of bronze; They will fight against you, But they will not prevail over you, For I am with you [always] to save you And protect you," says the LORD.
(21) Aku akan melepaskan engkau dari tangan orang-orang jahat dan membebaskan engkau dari genggaman orang-orang lalim."
(21) 내가 너를 이 악한 백성에게서 구해 내겠다. 이 잔인한 사람들에게서 건져 내겠다.”
(21) "So I will rescue you out of the hand of the wicked, And I will redeem you from the [grasping] palm of the terrible and ruthless [tyrant]."
