29:1-23 = Surat kiriman kepada orang-orang buangan di Babel
(1) Beginilah bunyi surat yang dikirim oleh nabi Yeremia dari Yerusalem kepada tua-tua di antara orang buangan, kepada imam-imam, kepada nabi-nabi dan kepada seluruh rakyat yang telah diangkut ke dalam pembuangan oleh Nebukadnezar dari Yerusalem ke Babel.
(1) 예언자 예레미야가 느부갓네살이 바빌론으로 잡아간 장로들과 제사장들, 그리고 예언자들과 모든 백성들에게 예루살렘에서 편지를 보냈습니다.
(1) {Message to the Exiles}Now these are the words of the letter which Jeremiah the prophet sent from Jerusalem to the rest of the elders in exile and to the priests, the prophets and all the people whom Nebuchadnezzar had taken into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.
(2) Itu terjadi sesudah raja Yekhonya beserta ibu suri, pegawai-pegawai istana, pemuka-pemuka Yehuda dan Yerusalem, tukang dan pandai besi telah keluar dari Yerusalem.
(2) 그 때는 여호야긴 왕과 그의 어머니, 내시들, 유다와 예루살렘의 신하들, 그리고 기술자들과 대장장이들이 예루살렘에서 포로로 끌려간 후였습니다.
(2) (This was after King Jeconiah and the queen mother, the eunuchs, the princes (court officials) of Judah and Jerusalem, the craftsmen and the smiths had departed from Jerusalem.)
(3) Surat itu dikirim dengan perantaraan Elasa bin Safan dan Gemarya bin Hilkia yang diutus oleh Zedekia, raja Yehuda, ke Babel, kepada Nebukadnezar, raja Babel. Bunyinya:
(3) 유다 왕 시드기야가 사반의 아들 엘라사와 힐기야의 아들 그마랴를 바빌로니아 왕 느부갓네살에게 보냈습니다. 그래서 예레미야는 그 편지를 그들에게 주어 바빌론으로 보냈습니다. 편지의 내용은 이러합니다.
(3) The letter was hand-carried by Elasah the son of Shaphan and Gemariah the son of Hilkiah, whom Zedekiah king of Judah sent to Babylon to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, saying,
(4) Beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel, kepada semua orang buangan yang diangkut ke dalam pembuangan dari Yerusalem ke Babel:
(4) 만군의 여호와, 이스라엘의 하나님께서 예루살렘에서 바빌론으로 쫓아 버린 모든 백성에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다.
(4) "So says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, to all the captives whom I have sent into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon,
(5) Dirikanlah rumah untuk kamu diami; buatlah kebun untuk kamu nikmati hasilnya;
(5) “너희는 집을 짓고 그 땅에 머물러 살아라. 과수원도 짓고 거기에서 자라는 열매를 먹어라.
(5) 'Build houses and live in them; plant gardens and eat their fruit.
(6) ambillah isteri untuk memperanakkan anak laki-laki dan perempuan; ambilkanlah isteri bagi anakmu laki-laki dan carikanlah suami bagi anakmu perempuan, supaya mereka melahirkan anak laki-laki dan perempuan, agar di sana kamu bertambah banyak dan jangan berkurang!
(6) 결혼하여 아들딸을 낳고 너희 아들들도 장가가게 하고 너희 딸들도 시집가게 해서 그 곳에서 아들딸을 낳게 하여라. 너희는 그 곳에서 자녀를 많이 낳아 너희 수가 줄어들지 않게 하여라.
(6) Take wives and have sons and daughters; take wives for your sons and give your daughters in marriage, that they may bear sons and daughters; multiply there and do not decrease [in number].
(7) Usahakanlah kesejahteraan kota ke mana kamu Aku buang, dan berdoalah untuk kota itu kepada TUHAN, sebab kesejahteraannya adalah kesejahteraanmu.
(7) 그리고 내가 너희를 쫓아 보낸 그 성에 평안이 임하도록 기도하고 너희가 살고 있는 성을 위해 여호와께 기도하여라. 그 성이 평안해야 너희도 평안할 것이다.”
(7) Seek peace and well-being for the city where I have sent you into exile, and pray to the LORD on its behalf; for in its peace (well-being) you will have peace.'
(8) Sungguh, beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel: Janganlah kamu diperdayakan oleh nabi-nabimu yang ada di tengah-tengahmu dan oleh juru-juru tenungmu, dan janganlah kamu dengarkan mimpi-mimpi yang mereka mimpikan!
(8) 만군의 여호와, 이스라엘의 하나님께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “너희 가운데 있는 예언자들과 점쟁이들에게 속지 마라. 그들의 꿈 이야기에도 귀 기울이지 마라.
(8) For thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Do not let your [false] prophets who are among you and your diviners deceive you; pay no attention and attach no significance to the dreams which they dream or to yours,
(9) Sebab mereka bernubuat palsu kepadamu demi nama-Ku. Aku tidak mengutus mereka, demikianlah firman TUHAN.
(9) 나는 그들을 보내지 않았는데 그들은 내 이름으로 너희에게 거짓 예언을 하고 있다. 나 여호와의 말이다.”
(9) for they prophesy falsely to you in My Name. I have not sent them,' says the LORD.
(10) Sebab beginilah firman TUHAN: Apabila telah genap tujuh puluh tahun bagi Babel, barulah Aku memperhatikan kamu. Aku akan menepati janji-Ku itu kepadamu dengan mengembalikan kamu ke tempat ini.
(10) 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “칠십 년 동안은 바빌로니아가 강한 나라가 될 것이다. 그 기간이 지난 뒤에 내가 너희를 찾아가 예루살렘으로 데려오겠다고 한 내 약속을 지키겠다.
(10) "For thus says the LORD, 'When seventy years [of exile] have been completed for Babylon, I will visit (inspect) you and keep My good promise to you, to bring you back to this place.
(11) Sebab Aku ini mengetahui rancangan-rancangan apa yang ada pada-Ku mengenai kamu, demikianlah firman TUHAN, yaitu rancangan damai sejahtera dan bukan rancangan kecelakaan, untuk memberikan kepadamu hari depan yang penuh harapan.
(11) 너희를 위해 세운 나의 계획을 내가 알고 있으니 내가 너희에게 재앙이 아닌 희망이 넘치는 미래를 주려 한다.
(11) For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,' says the LORD, 'plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster to give you a future and a hope.
(12) Dan apabila kamu berseru dan datang untuk berdoa kepada-Ku, maka Aku akan mendengarkan kamu;
(12) 너희가 내 이름을 부르고 내게 와서 기도하면 내가 너희의 기도를 들어 주겠다.
(12) Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you.
(13) apabila kamu mencari Aku, kamu akan menemukan Aku; apabila kamu menanyakan Aku dengan segenap hati,
(13) 너희가 온전한 마음으로 나를 찾고, 찾으면 나를 만날 것이다.
(13) Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.
(14) Aku akan memberi kamu menemukan Aku, demikianlah firman TUHAN, dan Aku akan memulihkan keadaanmu dan akan mengumpulkan kamu dari antara segala bangsa dan dari segala tempat ke mana kamu telah Kuceraiberaikan, demikianlah firman TUHAN, dan Aku akan mengembalikan kamu ke tempat yang dari mana Aku telah membuang kamu. --
(14) 내가 너희를 만나 주겠다. 나 여호와의 말이다. 그리고 내가 너희를 포로 상태에서 풀어 주겠다. 너희를 쫓아 보낸 세상의 모든 나라에서 너희를 모아 다시 이 곳으로 데려오겠다. 나 여호와의 말이다.”
(14) I will be found by you,' says the LORD, 'and I will restore your fortunes and I will [free you and] gather you from all the nations and from all the places where I have driven you,' says the LORD, 'and I will bring you back to the place from where I sent you into exile.'
(15) Memang kamu berkata: TUHAN telah membangkitkan nabi-nabi bagi kami di Babel. --
(15) 너희는 ‘여호와께서 바빌론에서도 우리에게 예언자들을 주셨다’고 말한다.
(15) "Because you [who have remained in Jerusalem] have said, 'The LORD has raised up prophets for us in Babylon,'
(16) Sungguh, beginilah firman TUHAN tentang raja yang duduk di atas takhta Daud dan tentang seluruh rakyat yang diam di kota ini, yakni saudara-saudaramu yang tidak keluar beserta kamu ke dalam pembuangan:
(16) 그러나 지금 다윗의 보좌에 앉아 있는 왕과 아직 예루살렘 성에 살고 있는 모든 백성, 곧 바빌론으로 끌려가지 않은 너희의 형제들에 관해 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다.
(16) thus says the LORD concerning the king who sits on the throne of David, and concerning all the people who live in this city, your brothers (fellow people of Judah) who did not go with you into captivity—
(17) Beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam: Sesungguhnya, Aku akan mengirim pedang, kelaparan dan penyakit sampar ke antara mereka, dan Aku akan membuat mereka seperti buah ara yang busuk dan demikian jeleknya, sehingga tidak dapat dimakan.
(17) 만군의 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “보아라. 내가 아직 예루살렘에 살고 있는 백성들에게 전쟁과 굶주림과 무서운 병을 보내어 그들을 썩어서 먹을 수 없는 나쁜 무화과처럼 만들겠다.
(17) thus says the LORD of hosts, 'Behold (listen very carefully), I am sending the sword, famine, and virulent disease (pestilence) on them, and I will make them like rotten figs that are so bad they cannot be eaten.
(18) Aku akan mengejar mereka dengan pedang, kelaparan dan penyakit sampar, dan Aku akan membuat mereka menjadi kengerian bagi segala kerajaan di bumi, menjadi kutuk, kedahsyatan, suitan dan aib di antara segala bangsa ke mana mereka Kuceraiberaikan,
(18) 내가 전쟁과 굶주림과 무서운 병을 보내어 그들을 세계 온 나라 중에 역겨운 백성으로 만들겠다. 그들은 백성들의 저주와 놀림과 웃음거리와 부끄러움이 될 것이다. 그들은 내가 쫓아 낸 온 땅에서 비웃음을 당할 것이다.
(18) I will pursue them with the sword, with famine and with virulent disease; and I will make them a terror (warning) to all the kingdoms of the earth, to be a curse, a horror, a hissing, and a disgrace among all the nations to which I have driven them,
(19) sebagai ganjaran bahwa mereka tidak mendengarkan perkataan-Ku, demikianlah firman TUHAN, yang telah Kusampaikan kepada mereka terus-menerus dengan perantaraan hamba-hamba-Ku, yakni para nabi; tetapi kamu tidak mendengarkannya, demikianlah firman TUHAN.
(19) 이는 내 종 예언자들을 거듭 보내어 내 말을 전하게 했으나 그들이 내 말을 듣지 않았기 때문이다. 나 여호와의 말이다.
(19) because they have not listened to and honored My words,' says the LORD, 'which I sent to them again and again by My servants the prophets. Moreover, you [exiles] did not listen [either],' says the LORD.
(20) Tetapi dengarkanlah firman TUHAN, hai kamu semua orang buangan, yang telah Kukirim dari Yerusalem ke Babel!
(20) 그러므로 내가 예루살렘에서 바빌론으로 쫓아 낸 너희 포로들아, 너희는 나 여호와의 말을 들어라.”
(20) Hear, therefore, the word of the LORD, all you exiles whom I have sent away from Jerusalem to Babylon.
(21) Beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel, tentang Ahab bin Kolaya dan tentang Zedekia bin Maaseya, orang-orang yang bernubuat palsu kepadamu demi nama-Ku: Sesungguhnya Aku akan menyerahkan mereka ke dalam tangan Nebukadnezar, raja Babel, yang akan memarang mereka mati di depan matamu sendiri,
(21) 만군의 여호와, 이스라엘의 하나님께서 골라야의 아들 아합과 마아세야의 아들 시드기야에 관해 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “이 두 사람은 내 이름으로 너희들에게 거짓 예언을 했다. 보아라. 내가 그들을 바빌로니아 왕 느부갓네살에게 넘겨 주겠다. 느부갓네살이 너희 앞에서 그들을 죽일 것이다.
(21) "Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning Ahab the son of Kolaiah and concerning Zedekiah the son of Maaseiah, who are prophesying lies to you in My Name, 'Behold, I will hand them over to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, and he will slaughter them before your eyes [yes, all the false prophets in Babylon whom you follow shall die]!
(22) sehingga dari keadaan mereka akan dijadikan suatu kutuk oleh semua orang buangan dari Yehuda yang ada di Babel, demikian: Biarlah TUHAN memperlakukan kamu seperti Zedekia dan Ahab yang telah dipanggang oleh raja negeri Babel di dalam api!,
(22) 그들의 일 때문에 바빌론으로 사로잡혀 온 모든 유다 포로들이 남을 저주할 때 ‘너도 여호와께서 내리시는 벌을 받아 바빌로니아 왕이 불로 태워 죽인 시드기야와 아합처럼 되어라’ 하고 말할 것이다.
(22) Because of them, this curse shall be taken up and used by all the exiles from Judah who are in Babylon, saying, "May the LORD make you like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whom the king of Babylon roasted in the fire,
(23) oleh karena mereka telah melakukan kebebalan di Israel, telah berzinah dengan isteri sesama mereka dan telah mengucapkan demi nama-Ku perkataan dusta yang tidak Kupesankan kepada mereka. Aku sendirilah yang mengetahui dan menyaksikannya, demikianlah firman TUHAN."
(23) 그들은 이스라엘 백성 가운데서 악한 짓을 했다. 그들은 자기 이웃의 아내들과 간음하였고, 나 여호와의 이름을 팔아 시키지도 않은 거짓말을 했다. 나는 그들이 한 짓을 안다. 내가 바로 증인이다. 나 여호와의 말이다.”
(23) because they have acted foolishly in Israel and have committed adultery with their neighbors' wives and in My Name have spoken false and concocted words, which I did not command them. I am He who knows and I am a witness,' says the LORD."
29:24-32 = Sikap seorang buangan terhadap surat Yeremia
(24) Kepada Semaya, orang Nehelam itu, haruslah kaukatakan:
(24) “너는 느헬람 사람 스마야에게도 전하여라.”
(24) Also you shall speak to Shemaiah of Nehelam [among the exiles in Babylon], saying,
(25) Beginilah firman TUHAN semesta alam, Allah Israel: Oleh sebab engkau telah mengirim surat atas namamu sendiri kepada seluruh rakyat yang ada di Yerusalem, yaitu kepada imam Zefanya bin Maaseya dan kepada segala imam, bunyinya:
(25) 만군의 여호와, 이스라엘의 하나님께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. “스마야야, 너는 예루살렘에 사는 모든 백성과 마아세야의 아들 제사장 스바냐와 다른 모든 제사장에게 편지를 보냈다.
(25) "Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, 'Because you have sent letters in your own name to all the people who are in Jerusalem, and to Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, the priest, and to all the priests, saying,
(26) TUHAN telah mengangkat engkau, Zefanya, menjadi imam menggantikan imam Yoyada, supaya engkau menjadi pengawas di rumah TUHAN untuk memasungkan setiap orang gila yang menganggap dirinya nabi dan untuk merantai lehernya dengan besi.
(26) ‘여호와께서 제사장 여호야다를 대신하여 당신을 제사장으로 삼으셔서 당신은 여호와의 성전을 책임지는 사람이 되었습니다. 그러니 당신은 스스로 예언자 행세를 하는 미친 사람들을 혼내 주어야 합니다. 그런 사람을 붙잡아 손과 발에 차꼬를 채우고 목에는 칼을 씌워야 합니다.
(26) "The LORD has made you [Zephaniah] priest instead of Jehoiada the [deputy] priest, to be the overseer in the house of the LORD over every madman who prophesies, to put him in the stocks and in the iron collar,
(27) Tetapi sekarang, mengapakah engkau tidak menegor Yeremia, orang Anatot itu, yang menganggap dirinya nabi di antaramu?
(27) 그런데 지금 아나돗 사람 예레미야가 당신들에게 스스로 예언자 행세를 하고 있는데도 그를 혼내 주지 않는 것입니까?
(27) now therefore [continued the letter from Shemaiah in Babylon to Zephaniah in Jerusalem], why have you not rebuked Jeremiah of Anathoth, who prophesies to you?
(28) Bukankah ia telah mengirim pesan kepada kami di Babel, katanya: Pembuanganmu masih lama. Dirikanlah rumah untuk kamu diami; buatlah kebun untuk kamu nikmati hasilnya!"
(28) 그는 바빌론에 있는 우리에게 편지를 보내어 우리가 이 곳에 오랫동안 살게 될 것이라고 말하면서 이 곳에 집을 지어 머물러 살고 과수원을 지어 거기에서 자라는 열매를 먹으라고 합니다.’”
(28) For he has sent word to us in Babylon, saying, 'This captivity [of yours] will be long; build houses and live in them and plant gardens and eat their fruit.'"'"
(29) Surat ini dibacakan oleh imam Zefanya ke telinga nabi Yeremia.
(29) 제사장 스바냐가 그 편지를 예언자 예레미야가 듣는 데서 읽어 주었습니다.
(29) Zephaniah the priest read this letter to Jeremiah the prophet.
(30) Maka datanglah firman TUHAN kepada Yeremia, bunyinya:
(30) 그 때에 여호와께서 예레미야에게 말씀하셨습니다.
(30) Then came the word of the LORD to Jeremiah, saying,
(31) Kirimlah pesan kepada semua orang buangan itu: Beginilah firman TUHAN tentang Semaya, orang Nehelam itu: Oleh karena Semaya telah bernubuat kepadamu, sekalipun Aku tidak mengutusnya, dan ia telah membuat kamu percaya kepada dusta,
(31) “바빌론에 사는 모든 포로에게 이 말을 전하여라. ‘여호와께서 느헬람 사람 스마야에 관해 이렇게 말씀하셨다. 스마야가 너희에게 예언하고 있으나 나는 그를 보내지 않았다. 그는 너희에게 거짓말을 믿게 하고 있다.
(31) "Send [this message] to all the exiles, saying, 'Thus says the LORD concerning Shemaiah of Nehelam, "Because Shemaiah has prophesied to you, although I did not send him, and he has made you trust in a lie,"
(32) maka beginilah firman TUHAN: Sesungguhnya, Aku akan menghukum Semaya, orang Nehelam itu, dan keturunannya: tidak ada seorangpun dari keluarganya akan diam di tengah-tengah bangsa ini untuk melihat yang baik yang akan Kulakukan kepada umat-Ku, demikianlah firman TUHAN, sebab ia telah mengajak murtad terhadap TUHAN."
(32) 그러므로 여호와께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다. 보아라. 내가 곧 느헬람 사람 스마야와 그의 자손을 벌하겠다. 그의 집안 사람은 아무도 이 백성 가운데 살아 남지 못할 것이다. 그는 내가 내 백성을 다시 고향으로 돌아가게 하는 좋은 일을 보지 못할 것이다. 왜냐하면 그가 백성에게 나 여호와를 배반하도록 가르쳤기 때문이다. 여호와의 말씀이다.’”
(32) therefore thus says the LORD, "Behold, I am about to punish Shemaiah of Nehelam and his descendants. He will not have anyone [born] to live among this people, nor will he see the good that I am about to do to My people," says the LORD, "because he has spoken and preached rebellion against the LORD."'"
