4:1-22 = Sengsara Sion yang dahsyat
(1) Ah, sungguh pudar emas itu, emas murni itu berubah; batu-batu suci itu terbuang di pojok tiap jalan.
(1) 금이 빛을 잃고 순금이 변해 버렸다. 성전 보석들이 거리 모퉁이마다 흩어졌다.
(1) {Distress of the Siege Described}How dark and dim the gold has become, How the pure gold has changed! The sacred stones [of the temple] are poured out and scattered At the head of every street.
(2) Anak-anak Sion yang berharga, yang setimbang dengan emas tua, sungguh mereka dianggap belanga-belanga tanah buatan tangan tukang periuk.
(2) 금보다 더 귀했던 시온의 귀족들이 토기장이가 빚어 만든 질그릇처럼 업신여김을 받는다.
(2) The [noble and] precious sons of Zion, [Once] worth their weight in fine gold, How they are regarded [merely] as earthen jars, The work of a potter's hands!
(3) Serigalapun memberikan teteknya dan menyusui anak-anaknya, tetapi puteri bangsaku telah menjadi kejam seperti burung unta di padang pasir.
(3) 들개들도 제 새끼에게 젖을 물리는데 가련한 내 백성은 광야의 타조처럼 잔인하다.
(3) Even the jackals offer the breast, They nurse their young; But the daughter of my people has become cruel Like ostriches in the wilderness [that desert their young].
(4) Lidah bayi melekat pada langit-langit karena haus; kanak-kanak meminta roti, tetapi tak seorangpun yang memberi.
(4) 젖먹이는 목이 말라서 혀가 입천장에 달라붙었고 어린이들이 빵을 달라고 하여도 떼어 주는 사람이 없다.
(4) The tongue of the infant clings To the roof of its mouth because of thirst; The little ones ask for food, But no one gives it to them.
(5) Yang biasa makan yang sedap-sedap mati bulur di jalan-jalan; yang biasa duduk di atas bantal kirmizi terbaring di timbunan sampah.
(5) 맛있는 음식을 먹던 사람이 길거리에서 굶주림에 처하고 화려한 옷을 입고 자란 사람이 쓰레기 더미를 뒤지고 다닌다.
(5) Those who feasted on delicacies Are perishing in the streets; Those reared in purple [as nobles] Embrace ash heaps.
(6) Kedurjanaan puteri bangsaku melebihi dosa Sodom, yang sekejap mata dibongkar-bangkir tanpa ada tangan yang memukulnya.
(6) 손을 쓸 새가 없을 만큼 순식간에 무너져 내린 소돔의 죄보다 가련한 내 백성의 죄악이 더 컸다.
(6) For the [punishment of the] wickedness of the daughter of my people [Jerusalem] Is greater than the [punishment for the] sin of Sodom, Which was overthrown in a moment, And no hands were turned toward her [to offer help].
(7) Pemimpin-pemimpin lebih bersih dari salju dan lebih putih dari susu, tubuh mereka lebih merah dari pada merjan, seperti batu nilam rupa mereka.
(7) 우리의 통치자들이 전에는 눈보다 깨끗하고 우유보다 더 희고 그 몸이 홍옥보다 더 붉고 그 얼굴이 청옥보다 더 빛났다.
(7) Her princes were purer than snow, They were whiter than milk [in appearance]; They were more ruddy in body than rubies, Their polishing was like lapis lazuli (sapphire).
(8) Sekarang rupa mereka lebih hitam dari pada jelaga, mereka tidak dikenal di jalan-jalan, kulit mereka berkerut pada tulang-tulangnya, mengering seperti kayu.
(8) 그러나 이제 그들의 얼굴은 숯보다 더 검어서, 거리에서 아무도 그들을 알아보는 이가 없다. 살갗과 뼈가 서로 달라붙어 막대기처럼 마른 모습이다.
(8) Their appearance is [now] blacker than soot [because of the prolonged famine]; They are not recognized in the streets; Their skin clings to their bones; It is withered, and it has become [dry] like wood.
(9) Lebih bahagia mereka yang gugur karena pedang dari pada mereka yang tewas karena lapar, yang merana dan mati sebab tak ada hasil ladang.
(9) 칼에 죽은 사람이, 굶주려 죽은 사람보다 낫다. 밭에 먹을 것이 없으므로 사람들이 고통 속에 굶주려 죽는다.
(9) Those killed with the sword Are more fortunate than those killed with hunger; For the hungry pine and ebb away, For the lack of the fruits of the field.
(10) Dengan tangan sendiri wanita yang lemah lembut memasak kanak-kanak mereka, untuk makanan mereka tatkala runtuh puteri bangsaku.
(10) 가련한 내 백성이 멸망할 때에 착한 여자들마저 제 손으로 자기 자식을 잡아먹어서 자녀들이 부모의 음식이 되었다.
(10) The hands of compassionate women Boiled their own children; They became food for them Because of the destruction of the daughter of my people [Judah].
(11) TUHAN melepaskan segenap amarah-Nya, mencurahkan murka-Nya yang menyala-nyala, dan menyalakan api di Sion, yang memakan dasar-dasarnya.
(11) 여호와께서 대단히 분노하셔서 무서운 진노를 쏟아 부으셨다. 시온을 불 지르시고 그 터를 태우셨다.
(11) The LORD has fulfilled His wrath; He has poured out His fierce anger And has kindled a fire in Zion That has consumed her foundations.
(12) Tidak percaya raja-raja di bumi, pun seluruh penduduk dunia, bahwa lawan dan seteru dapat masuk ke dalam gapura-gapura Yerusalem.
(12) 예루살렘 성문으로 원수들이 쳐들어오는 것에 대해 세계의 어느 왕도, 땅 위의 어느 백성도 믿지 못했다.
(12) The kings of the earth did not believe, Nor did any of the inhabitants of the earth, That the adversary (oppressor) and enemy Could enter the gates of Jerusalem.
(13) Hal itu terjadi oleh sebab dosa nabi-nabinya dan kedurjanaan imam-imamnya yang di tengah-tengahnya mencurahkan darah orang yang tidak bersalah.
(13) 그러나 그런 일이 일어나고 말았으니 예언자들이 죄를 짓고 제사장들이 악한 일을 했기 때문이다. 그들은 성 안에서 의로운 사람들을 죽였다.
(13) Because of the sins of her [counterfeit] prophets And the wickedness of her [unfaithful] priests, Who have shed in her midst The blood of the just and righteous;
(14) Mereka terhuyung-huyung seperti orang buta di jalan-jalan, cemar oleh darah, sehingga orang tak dapat menyentuh pakaian mereka.
(14) 그들이 보지 못하는 사람처럼 거리를 헤매고 다니며 피로 몸이 더러워진 까닭에 아무도 그들의 옷자락을 만지지 않는다.
(14) They wandered, blind, in the streets; They were defiled with blood So that no one could touch their garments.
(15) "Singkir! Najis!", kata orang kepada mereka, "Singkir! Singkir! Jangan sentuh!"; lalu mereka lari dan mengembara, maka berkatalah bangsa-bangsa: "Mereka tak boleh tinggal lebih lama di sini."
(15) 사람들이 그들을 향해 “더럽다! 꺼져라!” “비켜라! 비켜라! 가까이 오지 마라!” 하고 소리친다. 그리하여 그들이 그 곳에서 나와 이리저리 떠돌아다니지만 다른 민족들도 “다시는 여기에 머물지 마시오” 하고 말한다.
(15) People cried to them, "Go away! Unclean! Depart! Depart! Do not touch!" So they fled, then they wandered [as fugitives]; People among the nations said, "They shall not stay here any longer with us."
(16) TUHAN sendiri mencerai-beraikan mereka, tak mau lagi Ia memandang mereka. Para imam tidak mereka hormati, dan orang-orang tua tidak mereka kasihani.
(16) 여호와께서 그들로부터 얼굴을 돌리시며 다시는 그들을 돌보지 않으신다. 제사장을 소중히 여기지 않으시고 장로들에게 자비를 베풀지 않으신다.
(16) The presence of the LORD scattered them [among the nations]; He will not continue to look after them. They did not honor the priests; They did not favor the elders.
(17) Selalu mata kami merindukan pertolongan, tetapi sia-sia; dari menara penjagaan kami menanti-nantikan suatu bangsa yang tak dapat menolong.
(17) 우리도 눈이 빠지도록 도와 줄 사람을 기다렸으나 헛일이었다. 헛되이 망대에 올라 우리를 구해 줄 나라를 기다렸다.
(17) [And as for us,] yet our eyes failed, Looking in vain for help. Watching [from the towers] we watched For a nation that could not save.
(18) Mereka mengintai langkah-langkah kami, sehingga kami tak dapat berjalan di lapangan-lapangan kami; akhir hidup kami mendekat, hari-hari kami sudah genap, ya, akhir hidup kami sudah tiba.
(18) 원수들이 우리를 노리고 있으므로 거리를 다닐 수도 없었다. 우리의 끝이 가까웠고 우리의 날이 다해 마지막에 이르렀다.
(18) The enemy hunted our steps, So that we could not walk in our streets; Our end drew near, Our days were finished For our end had come.
(19) Pengejar-pengejar kami lebih cepat dari pada burung rajawali di angkasa mereka memburu kami di atas gunung-gunung, menghadang kami di padang gurun.
(19) 우리를 쫓는 사람은 공중의 독수리보다 빨랐다. 그들이 산 위에서 우리를 쫓았고 광야에 숨어서 우리를 기다렸다.
(19) Our pursuers were swifter Than the eagles of the sky; They pursued us on the mountains, They waited in ambush for us in the wilderness.
(20) Orang yang diurapi TUHAN, nafas hidup kami, tertangkap dalam pelubang mereka, dia yang kami sangka: "Dalam naungannya kami akan hidup di antara bangsa-bangsa."
(20) 여호와께서 기름을 부어 세우신 왕, 곧 우리 코의 생기와 같은 사람이 그들의 덫에 걸렸다. 우리가 “민족들 가운데서 그의 보호를 받을 것이다”라고 말했던 사람이 덫에 걸렸다.
(20) The breath of our nostrils, the anointed of the LORD [our king], Was captured in their snares, He of whom we had said, "Under his shadow We shall live among the nations."
(21) Bergembira dan bersukacitalah, hai puteri Edom, engkau yang mendiami tanah Us, juga kepadamu piala akan sampai, engkau akan jadi mabuk lalu menelanjangi dirimu!
(21) 우스 땅에 사는 딸 에돔아, 기뻐하고 즐거워하여라. 하지만 너희도 여호와께서 내리신 진노의 잔을 마셔야 할 것이니 취하여 벌거벗게 될 것이다.
(21) Rejoice and be glad, O Daughter of Edom, Who lives in the land of Uz. But the cup [of the wine of God's wrath] will pass to you as well; You will become drunk and make yourself naked.
(22) Telah hapus kesalahanmu, puteri Sion, tak akan lagi TUHAN membawa engkau ke dalam pembuangan, tetapi kesalahanmu, puteri Edom, akan dibalas-Nya, dan dosa-dosamu akan disingkapkan-Nya.
(22) 딸 시온아, 네 벌이 다 끝났다. 주께서 다시는 네가 사로잡히지 않게 하실 것이다. 그러나 딸 에돔아, 주께서 네 죄를 심판하실 것이고 네 죄를 드러내실 것이다.
(22) The punishment of your sin has been completed, O Daughter of Zion; The LORD will no longer send you into exile. But He will punish your sin, O Daughter of Edom; He will expose your sins.
