20:1-27 = Kudusnya umat TUHAN
(1) TUHAN berfirman kepada Musa:
(1) 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하셨습니다.
(1) {On Human Sacrifice and Immoralities}Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
(2) Engkau harus berkata kepada orang Israel: Setiap orang, baik dari antara orang Israel maupun dari antara orang asing yang tinggal di tengah-tengah orang Israel, yang menyerahkan seorang dari anak-anaknya kepada Molokh, pastilah ia dihukum mati, yakni rakyat negeri harus melontari dia dengan batu.
(2) “너는 또 이스라엘 백성에게 이렇게 전하여라. 이스라엘 백성이든지 이스라엘 백성 가운데서 사는 외국인이든지 몰렉에게 자기 자녀를 제물로 바치는 사람은 죽여야 한다. 그 땅의 백성들에게 그 사람을 돌로 쳐서 죽이게 하여라.
(2) "Moreover, you shall say to the children of Israel, 'Any Israelite or any stranger residing in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech (the god of the Ammonites) [as a human sacrifice] shall most certainly be put to death; the people of the land shall stone him with stones.
(3) Aku sendiri akan menentang orang itu dan akan melenyapkan dia dari tengah-tengah bangsanya, karena ia menyerahkan seorang dari anak-anaknya kepada Molokh, dengan maksud menajiskan tempat kudus-Ku dan melanggar kekudusan nama-Ku yang kudus.
(3) 나도 그런 사람에게 노하여, 그를 그 백성에게서 끊을 것이다. 그가 자기 자녀를 몰렉에게 주어서 내 성소를 더럽히고, 내 거룩한 이름을 욕되게 했기 때문이다.
(3) I will also set My face against that man [opposing him, withdrawing My protection from him] and will cut him off from his people [excluding him from the atonement made for them], because he has given some of his children to Molech, so as to defile My sanctuary and profane My holy name.
(4) Tetapi jikalau rakyat negeri menutup mata terhadap orang itu, ketika ia menyerahkan seorang dari anak-anaknya kepada Molokh, dan tidak menghukum dia mati,
(4) 만약 그 땅의 백성이 몰렉에게 자기 자녀를 바치는 사람을 눈감아 주고, 그런 사람을 죽이지 않는다면,
(4) If the people of the land should ever tolerate that man when he gives any of his children [as a burnt offering] to Molech, and fail to put him to death [as My law requires],
(5) maka Aku sendiri akan menentang orang itu serta kaumnya dan akan melenyapkan dia dari tengah-tengah bangsanya dan semua orang yang turut berzinah mengikuti dia, yakni berzinah dengan menyembah Molokh.
(5) 내가 스스로 그 사람과 그 집안에게 노하여, 그를 백성에게서 끊을 것이다. 그런 사람뿐만 아니라, 몰렉에게 예배하는 모든 사람에게 그런 벌을 내릴 것이다.
(5) then I shall set My face against that man and against his [extended] family, and I will cut off from their people both him and all who follow him in playing the prostitute (commit apostasy) with Molech.
(6) Orang yang berpaling kepada arwah atau kepada roh-roh peramal, yakni yang berzinah dengan bertanya kepada mereka, Aku sendiri akan menentang orang itu dan melenyapkan dia dari tengah-tengah bangsanya.
(6) 무당과 점쟁이를 찾아가는 사람에게 내가 노하여, 그들을 백성에게서 끊을 것이다.
(6) 'As for the person who turns to mediums [who consult the dead] or to spiritists, to play the prostitute after them, I shall set My face against that person and will cut him off from his people [excluding him from the atonement made for them].
(7) Maka kamu harus menguduskan dirimu, dan kuduslah kamu, sebab Akulah TUHAN, Allahmu.
(7) 내 거룩한 백성이 되어라. 내가 거룩하니 너희도 거룩하여라. 나는 너희 하나님 여호와이다.
(7) You shall consecrate yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am the LORD your God.
(8) Demikianlah kamu harus berpegang pada ketetapan-Ku dan melakukannya; Akulah TUHAN yang menguduskan kamu.
(8) 내 율법을 기억하고 잘 지켜라. 나는 여호와이다. 내가 너희를 거룩하게 했다.
(8) You shall keep My statutes and do them. I am the LORD who sanctifies you.
(9) Apabila ada seseorang yang mengutuki ayahnya atau ibunya, pastilah ia dihukum mati; ia telah mengutuki ayahnya atau ibunya, maka darahnya tertimpa kepadanya sendiri.
(9) 자기 아버지나 어머니를 저주하는 사람은 죽여라. 그런 사람은 아버지나 어머니를 저주했으므로 그 죄값이 자기에게 돌아가리라.
(9) 'If anyone curses his father or mother, he shall most certainly be put to death; he has cursed his father or mother; his blood is on him [that is, he bears full responsibility for the consequences].
(10) Bila seorang laki-laki berzinah dengan isteri orang lain, yakni berzinah dengan isteri sesamanya manusia, pastilah keduanya dihukum mati, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan yang berzinah itu.
(10) 남자가 이웃 사람의 아내와 함께 잠을 자서 간음죄를 지으면 그 두 사람을 다 죽여라.
(10) 'The man who commits adultery with another's wife, even his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall most certainly be put to death.
(11) Bila seorang laki-laki tidur dengan seorang isteri ayahnya, jadi ia melanggar hak ayahnya, pastilah keduanya dihukum mati, dan darah mereka tertimpa kepada mereka sendiri.
(11) 계모와 잠자리를 같이한 사람은 자기 아버지를 욕되게 했으므로, 그 사람과 계모를 다 죽여라. 그들의 죄값이 자기들에게 돌아갈 것이다.
(11) The man who lies [intimately] with his father's wife has uncovered his father's nakedness; both of them shall most certainly be put to death; their blood is on them.
(12) Bila seorang laki-laki tidur dengan menantunya perempuan, pastilah keduanya dihukum mati; mereka telah melakukan suatu perbuatan keji, maka darah mereka tertimpa kepada mereka sendiri.
(12) 남자가 자기 며느리와 잠자리를 같이하면 두 사람 모두 죽여라. 그들은 망측한 짓을 하였으니, 그들의 죄값이 자기들에게 돌아갈 것이다.
(12) If a man lies [intimately] with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall most certainly be put to death; they have committed incest; their blood is on them.
(13) Bila seorang laki-laki tidur dengan laki-laki secara orang bersetubuh dengan perempuan, jadi keduanya melakukan suatu kekejian, pastilah mereka dihukum mati dan darah mereka tertimpa kepada mereka sendiri.
(13) 남자가 여자와 함께 눕듯이, 남자끼리 함께 누우면, 그 두 사람은 역겨운 짓을 했으므로 죽여라. 그들의 죄값이 자기들에게 돌아갈 것이다.
(13) If a man lies [intimately] with a male as if he were a woman, both men have committed a detestable (perverse, unnatural) act; they shall most certainly be put to death; their blood is on them.
(14) Bila seorang laki-laki mengambil seorang perempuan dan ibunya, itu suatu perbuatan mesum; ia dan kedua perempuan itu harus dibakar, supaya jangan ada perbuatan mesum di tengah-tengah kamu.
(14) 남자가 자기 아내뿐 아니라, 아내의 어머니까지도 자기 아내로 맞아들이는 것은 나쁜 짓이다. 너희는 그 남자와 두 여자를 불로 태워라. 그래서 너희 가운데 그런 역겨운 일이 없게 하여라.
(14) It is immoral and shameful if a man marries a woman and her mother; all three shall be burned in fire, so that there will be no immorality among you.
(15) Bila seorang laki-laki berkelamin dengan seekor binatang, pastilah ia dihukum mati, dan binatang itupun harus kamu bunuh juga.
(15) 짐승과 잠자리를 함께 하는 남자는 죽여라. 그리고 그 짐승도 죽여라.
(15) If a man has intimate relations with an animal, he shall most certainly be put to death; you shall kill the animal also.
(16) Bila seorang perempuan menghampiri binatang apapun untuk berkelamin, haruslah kaubunuh perempuan dan binatang itu; mereka pasti dihukum mati dan darah mereka tertimpa kepada mereka sendiri.
(16) 짐승과 잠자리를 함께 하는 여자도 그 짐승과 함께 죽여라. 그들의 죄값이 자기들에게 돌아갈 것이다.
(16) If a woman approaches any animal to mate with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal; they shall most certainly be put to death; their blood is on them.
(17) Bila seorang laki-laki mengambil saudaranya perempuan, anak ayahnya atau anak ibunya, dan mereka bersetubuh, maka itu suatu perbuatan sumbang, dan mereka harus dilenyapkan di depan orang-orang sebangsanya; orang itu telah menyingkapkan aurat saudaranya perempuan, maka ia harus menanggung kesalahannya sendiri.
(17) 남자가 자기 누이, 곧 아버지가 다른 아내에게서 낳은 딸이나, 어머니가 다른 남편에게서 낳은 딸을 아내로 맞아들여서 잠자리를 함께 하는 것은 부끄러운 짓이다. 모든 사람이 보는 앞에서, 그들은 백성에게서 끊어질 것이다. 그 남자는 자기 누이를 부끄럽게 했으므로 벌을 받을 것이다.
(17) 'If a man takes his sister, his father's daughter or his mother's daughter, so that he sees her nakedness and she sees his nakedness, it is a disgrace; and they shall be cut off in the sight of the sons of their people. He has uncovered his sister's nakedness; he bears [responsibility for] his guilt.
(18) Bila seorang laki-laki tidur dengan seorang perempuan yang bercemar kain, jadi ia menyingkapkan aurat perempuan itu dan membuka tutup lelerannya sedang perempuan itupun membiarkan tutup leleran darahnya itu disingkapkan, keduanya harus dilenyapkan dari tengah-tengah bangsanya.
(18) 남자가 월경 중인 여자와 함께 누우면 두 사람 모두 백성에게서 끊어질 것이다. 남자는 여자의 피의 샘을 드러내었고, 여자는 자신의 피의 샘을 열어 보이는 죄를 저질렀기 때문이다.
(18) If a man lies [intimately] with a woman during her menstrual cycle and uncovers her nakedness, he has exposed her flow, and she has uncovered the flow of her blood; both of them shall be cut off from their people [excluding them from the atonement made for them].
(19) Janganlah kausingkapkan aurat saudara perempuan ibumu atau saudara perempuan ayahmu, karena aurat seorang kerabatnya sendirilah yang dibuka, dan mereka harus menanggung kesalahannya sendiri.
(19) 이모나 고모의 몸을 범하지 마라. 그것은 가까운 친척을 욕되게 하는 짓이다. 두 사람 모두 벌을 받을 것이다.
(19) You shall not uncover the nakedness of (have intimate relations with) your mother's sister or your father's sister, for such a one has uncovered his blood relative; they will bear their guilt.
(20) Bila seorang laki-laki tidur dengan isteri saudara ayahnya, jadi ia melanggar hak saudara ayahnya, mereka mendatangkan dosa kepada dirinya, dan mereka akan mati dengan tidak beranak.
(20) 남자가 자기 숙모와 함께 누우면 그 남자는 자기 삼촌을 욕되게 한 것이니, 그 두 사람 모두 벌을 받을 것이다. 그들은 자손을 보지 못하고 죽을 것이다.
(20) If there is a man who lies [intimately] with his uncle's wife, he has uncovered his uncle's nakedness; they will bear their sin. They will die childless.
(21) Bila seorang laki-laki mengambil isteri saudaranya, itu suatu kecemaran, karena ia melanggar hak saudaranya laki-laki, dan mereka akan tidak beranak.
(21) 남자가 자기 형제의 아내와 결혼하면 부정할 것이다. 그는 자기 형제를 욕되게 했으므로 그들은 자녀를 낳지 못할 것이다.
(21) If a man takes his brother's wife, it is a hated and unclean thing; he has uncovered his brother's nakedness. They will be childless.
(22) Demikianlah kamu harus berpegang pada segala ketetapan-Ku dan segala peraturan-Ku serta melakukan semuanya itu, supaya jangan kamu dimuntahkan oleh negeri ke mana Aku membawa kamu untuk diam di sana.
(22) 나의 모든 가르침과 규례를 기억하고 잘 지켜라. 그러면 내가 너희를 인도해 갈 그 땅이 너희를 쫓아 내지 않을 것이다.
(22) 'Therefore keep all My statutes and all My ordinances and do them, so that the land where I am bringing you to live may not vomit you out [as it did those before you].
(23) Janganlah kamu hidup menurut kebiasaan bangsa yang akan Kuhalau dari depanmu: karena semuanya itu telah dilakukan mereka, sehingga Aku muak melihat mereka.
(23) 너희는 내가 너희 앞에서 쫓아 낼 나라의 풍속을 따라 살지 마라. 그들은 이 모든 죄를 지었기 때문에 내가 그들을 미워한다.
(23) You shall not follow the statutes (laws, practices, customs) of the nation which I am driving out before you; for they did all these things, and therefore I have loathed them.
(24) Tetapi kepadamu Aku telah berfirman: Kamulah yang akan menduduki tanah mereka dan Akulah yang akan memberikannya kepadamu menjadi milikmu, suatu negeri yang berlimpah-limpah susu dan madunya; Akulah TUHAN, Allahmu, yang memisahkan kamu dari bangsa-bangsa lain.
(24) 너희가 그들의 땅을 얻게 될 것이라고 내가 말했다. 내가 그 땅, 곧 젖과 꿀이 넘쳐 흐르는 비옥한 그 땅을 너희에게 줄 것이다. 나는 너희 하나님 여호와이다. 나는 너희를 다른 백성과 구별하여 나의 백성으로 삼았다.
(24) But I have said to you, "You are to inherit and take possession of their land, and I will give it to you to possess, a land [of plenty] flowing with milk and honey." I am the LORD your God, who has separated you from the peoples (pagan nations).
(25) Kamu harus membedakan binatang yang tidak haram dari yang haram, dan burung-burung yang haram dari yang tidak haram, supaya kamu jangan membuat dirimu jijik oleh binatang berkaki empat dan burung-burung dan oleh segala yang merayap di muka bumi, yang telah Kupisahkan supaya kamu haramkan.
(25) 그러므로 너희는 새나 짐승이나 깨끗하고 부정한 것을 구별하여라. 그런 부정한 새나 짐승이나, 땅에서 기는 것 때문에 너희 스스로를 부정하게 하지 마라.
(25) You are therefore to make a distinction between the [ceremonially] clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean bird and the clean; and you shall not make yourselves detestable by animal or by bird or by anything that crawls on the ground, which I have set apart from you as unclean.
(26) Kuduslah kamu bagi-Ku, sebab Aku ini, TUHAN, kudus dan Aku telah memisahkan kamu dari bangsa-bangsa lain, supaya kamu menjadi milik-Ku.
(26) 나 여호와가 거룩하므로 너희도 내 앞에 거룩한 백성이 되어라. 나는 너희를 다른 백성과 구별하여 내 백성으로 삼았다.
(26) You are to be holy to Me; for I the LORD am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples (nations) to be Mine.
(27) Apabila seorang laki-laki atau perempuan dirasuk arwah atau roh peramal, pastilah mereka dihukum mati, yakni mereka harus dilontari dengan batu dan darah mereka tertimpa kepada mereka sendiri."
(27) 무당이나 점쟁이는 남자든지 여자든지 모두 죽여라. 죽이되 돌로 쳐서 죽여라. 그들의 죄값이 자기들에게 돌아갈 것이다.”
(27) 'A man or woman who is a medium [who pretends to consults the dead] or who is a spiritist shall most certainly be put to death, and be stoned with stones; their blood is on them.'"
