36:1-13 = Syarat perkawinan anak-anak perempuan yang mempunyai hak waris
(1) Mendekatlah kepala-kepala puak dari kaum bani Gilead bin Makhir bin Manasye, salah satu dari kaum-kaum keturunan Yusuf, dan berbicara di depan Musa dan pemimpin-pemimpin, kepala-kepala suku orang Israel,
(1) 길르앗 집안의 지도자들이 모세와 이스라엘 집안 지도자들에게 가서 말했습니다. 길르앗은 마길의 아들입니다. 마길은 므낫세의 아들이고, 므낫세는 요셉의 아들입니다.
(1) {Inheritance by Marriage}The leaders of the fathers' households of the family of the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh, of the families of the sons of Joseph, approached and spoke before Moses and before the leaders, the heads of the fathers' households of the Israelites,
(2) kata mereka: "TUHAN telah memerintahkan tuanku untuk memberikan tanah itu kepada orang Israel sebagai milik pusaka dengan membuang undi, dan oleh TUHAN telah diperintahkan kepada tuanku untuk memberikan milik pusaka Zelafehad, saudara kami, kepada anak-anaknya yang perempuan.
(2) “여호와께서 우리의 주인 당신에게 명령하여, 제비를 뽑아 이 땅을 이스라엘 백성에게 주라고 명령하셨습니다. 그리고 여호와께서는 우리의 형제 슬로브핫의 땅을 그의 딸들에게 주라고 명령하셨습니다.
(2) and they said, "The LORD commanded my lord [Moses] to give the land by lot to the sons of Israel as an inheritance, and my lord was commanded by the LORD to give the inheritance of Zelophehad our brother to his daughters.
(3) Tetapi seandainya mereka kawin dengan salah seorang anak laki-laki dari suku lain di antara orang Israel, maka milik pusaka perempuan itu akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka bapa-bapa kami dan akan ditambahkan kepada milik pusaka suku yang akan dimasukinya, jadi akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka yang diundikan kepada kami.
(3) 하지만 슬로브핫의 딸들이 이스라엘의 다른 지파 사람들과 결혼을 하면, 그 땅은 우리 집안의 땅이 되지 않고 다른 지파 사람들의 땅이 될 것입니다. 그리하여 우리는 우리 땅 가운데서 얼마를 잃어버릴 것입니다.
(3) But if the daughters marry any of the men from any of the other tribes of Israel, then their inheritance will be taken away from that of our fathers (tribal ancestors) and will be added to the inheritance of the tribe to which they belong; so it will be taken away from our allotted inheritance.
(4) Maka apabila tiba tahun Yobel bagi orang Israel, milik pusaka perempuan itu akan ditambahkan kepada milik pusaka suku yang akan dimasukinya dan akan dikurangkan dari milik pusaka suku nenek moyang kami."
(4) 희년이 돌아와도 슬로브핫의 딸들이 가진 땅은 다른 지파에게 돌아갈 것입니다. 그 땅은 그들이 결혼하는 사람들의 지파에게 주어질 것입니다. 그래서 우리 조상들에게서 받은 그 땅을 우리는 잃어버리고 말 것입니다.”
(4) When the [year of] Jubilee of the Israelites comes, then their inheritance will be added [permanently] to that of the tribe to which they belong; so their inheritance will be taken away from that of the tribe of our fathers (tribal ancestors)."
(5) Lalu Musa memerintahkan kepada orang Israel sesuai dengan titah TUHAN: "Perkataan suku keturunan Yusuf itu benar.
(5) 모세가 여호와의 말씀에 따라 이스라엘 백성에게 명령했습니다. “이 요셉 지파 사람들의 말이 옳소.
(5) Then Moses commanded the Israelites in accordance with the word of the LORD, saying, "The statement of the tribe of the sons of Joseph is correct.
(6) Inilah firman yang diperintahkan TUHAN mengenai anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad, bunyinya: Mereka boleh kawin dengan siapa saja yang suka kepada mereka, asal mereka kawin di lingkungan salah satu kaum dari suku ayah mereka.
(6) 이것은 슬로브핫의 딸들에 관한 여호와의 명령이오. 그들은 마음에 드는 사람과 결혼할 수 있지만, 자기와 같은 지파의 사람하고만 결혼을 해야 하오.
(6) This is what the LORD commands regarding the daughters of Zelophehad: 'Let them marry whom they wish; only they must marry within the family of the tribe of their father.'
(7) Sebab milik pusaka orang Israel tidak boleh beralih dari suku ke suku, tetapi orang Israel haruslah masing-masing memegang milik pusaka suku nenek moyangnya.
(7) 그래야 이스라엘 백성의 땅이 이 지파에서 저 지파로 옮겨지는 일이 없을 것이오. 이스라엘 백성은 누구나 자기 조상에게서 물려받은 땅을 지켜야 하오.
(7) So no inheritance of the Israelites shall be transferred from tribe to tribe, for every one of the Israelites shall hold to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers (tribal ancestors).
(8) Jadi setiap anak perempuan di antara suku-suku orang Israel yang telah mewarisi milik pusaka, haruslah kawin dengan seorang dari salah satu kaum yang termasuk suku ayahnya, supaya setiap orang Israel mewarisi milik pusaka nenek moyangnya.
(8) 자기 아버지의 땅을 물려받은 여자가 결혼을 할 경우에는 같은 지파 사람하고 결혼해야 하오. 그래서 모든 이스라엘 백성은 자기 조상의 땅을 지켜야 하오.
(8) Every daughter who possesses an inheritance [of land] in any one of the tribes of the Israelites shall marry [only] a man whose family is of her father's tribe, so that the Israelites may each possess the inheritance of his fathers (tribal ancestors).
(9) Sebab milik pusaka itu tidak boleh beralih dari suku ke suku, tetapi suku-suku orang Israel haruslah masing-masing memegang milik pusakanya sendiri."
(9) 땅은 이 지파에서 저 지파로 옮겨질 수 없소. 이스라엘 백성은 누구나 자기 조상에게서 받은 땅을 지켜야 하오.”
(9) So no inheritance shall be transferred from one tribe to another, but each of the tribes of the Israelites shall hold to its own inheritance."
(10) Seperti yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada Musa, demikianlah diperbuat anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad.
(10) 슬로브핫의 딸들은 여호와께서 모세에게 주신 명령에 복종했습니다.
(10) The daughters of Zelophehad did as the LORD commanded Moses.
(11) Maka Mahla, Tirza, Hogla, Milka dan Noa, anak-anak perempuan Zelafehad, kawin dengan anak-anak lelaki dari pihak saudara-saudara ayah mereka;
(11) 그래서 슬로브핫의 딸들, 곧 말라와 디르사와 호글라와 밀가와 노아는 사촌들과 결혼했습니다.
(11) For Mahlah, Tirzah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Noah, the daughters of Zelophehad, were married to sons of their father's brothers.
(12) mereka kawin dengan laki-laki dari kaum-kaum bani Manasye bin Yusuf, sehingga milik pusaka mereka tetap tinggal pada suku kaum ayahnya.
(12) 그들의 남편은 요셉의 아들 므낫세 지파 사람입니다. 그래서 그들의 땅은 그들의 집안과 지파의 땅으로 남았습니다.
(12) They married into the families of the descendants of Manasseh the son of Joseph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of the family of their father.
(13) Itulah perintah dan peraturan yang diperintahkan TUHAN kepada orang Israel dengan perantaraan Musa di dataran Moab di tepi sungai Yordan dekat Yerikho.
(13) 이것은 여호와께서 모세를 통해 이스라엘 백성에게 주신 율법과 명령입니다. 백성은 그 때, 요단 강가의 모압 평야, 곧 여리고 건너편에 있었습니다.
(13) These are the commandments and the ordinances (judgments) which the LORD commanded through Moses to the sons of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan [across from] Jericho.
