(1) Setelah Yesus mengatakan semuanya itu keluarlah Ia dari situ bersama-sama dengan murid-murid-Nya dan mereka pergi ke seberang sungai Kidron. Di situ ada suatu taman dan Ia masuk ke taman itu bersama-sama dengan murid-murid-Nya.
(1) 예수님께서 기도하기를 마치시고, 제자들과 함께 기드론 골짜기 건너편으로 가셨습니다. 그 곳에는 올리브 나무 정원이 있었습니다. 예수님과 제자들은 이 정원으로 갔습니다.
(1) {Judas Betrays Jesus}Having said these things, Jesus left with His disciples and went across the ravine of the Kidron. There was a garden there, which He and His disciples entered.
(2) Yudas, yang mengkhianati Yesus, tahu juga tempat itu, karena Yesus sering berkumpul di situ dengan murid-murid-Nya.
(2) 그 곳은 예수님이 제자들과 함께 종종 모이셨던 곳이므로, 예수님을 배반한 유다도 이 곳을 알고 있었습니다.
(2) Now Judas, who was betraying Him, knew the place, because Jesus had often met there with His disciples.
(3) Maka datanglah Yudas juga ke situ dengan sepasukan prajurit dan penjaga-penjaga Bait Allah yang disuruh oleh imam-imam kepala dan orang-orang Farisi lengkap dengan lentera, suluh dan senjata.
(3) 그래서 유다는 로마 군인들과 대제사장과 바리새인들이 보낸 성전 경비대를 데리고 정원으로 왔습니다. 그들은 등불과 횃불과 무기를 들고 있었습니다.
(3) So Judas, having obtained the Roman cohort and some officers from the high priests and the Pharisees, came there with lanterns and torches and weapons.
(4) Maka Yesus, yang tahu semua yang akan menimpa diri-Nya, maju ke depan dan berkata kepada mereka: "Siapakah yang kamu cari?"
(4) 예수님께서는 자신에게 닥칠 일을 다 아시고, 그들 앞으로 나서며 물으셨습니다. “너희가 누구를 찾느냐?”
(4) Then Jesus, knowing all that was about to happen to Him, went to them and asked, "Whom do you want?"
(5) Jawab mereka: "Yesus dari Nazaret." Kata-Nya kepada mereka: "Akulah Dia." Yudas yang mengkhianati Dia berdiri juga di situ bersama-sama mereka.
(5) 그들은 “나사렛 사람 예수다”라고 대답했습니다. 예수님께서 그 사람들에게 “내가 그 사람이다”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 예수님을 배반한 유다도 그들과 함께 거기에 서 있었습니다.
(5) They answered Him, "Jesus the Nazarene." Jesus said, "I am He." And Judas, who was betraying Him, was also standing with them.
(6) Ketika Ia berkata kepada mereka: "Akulah Dia," mundurlah mereka dan jatuh ke tanah.
(6) 예수님께서 “내가 그 사람이다”라고 말씀하셨을 때, 사람들은 뒤로 물러나 땅에 엎드렸습니다.
(6) When Jesus said, "I am He," they drew back and fell to the ground.
(7) Maka Ia bertanya pula: "Siapakah yang kamu cari?" Kata mereka: "Yesus dari Nazaret."
(7) 그러자 예수님께서 다시 물으셨습니다. “너희가 누구를 찾느냐?” 그들이 “나사렛 사람 예수다”라고 대답했습니다.
(7) Again He asked them, "Whom do you want?" And they said, "Jesus the Nazarene."
(8) Jawab Yesus: "Telah Kukatakan kepadamu, Akulah Dia. Jika Aku yang kamu cari, biarkanlah mereka ini pergi."
(8) 예수님께서 말씀하셨습니다. “내가 그 사람이라고 너희에게 말하였으니, 너희가 찾는 사람이 바로 나라면 이 사람들은 가게 하여라.”
(8) Jesus answered, "I told you that I am He; so if you want Me, let these men go on their way."
(9) Demikian hendaknya supaya genaplah firman yang telah dikatakan-Nya: "Dari mereka yang Engkau serahkan kepada-Ku, tidak seorangpun yang Kubiarkan binasa."
(9) 이렇게 말씀하신 것은 예수님께서 이전에 “아버지께서 제게 주신 자 중에 한 사람도 잃지 않았습니다”라고 말씀하신 것을 이루게 하시려는 것입니다.
(9) This was to fulfill and verify the words He had spoken, "Of those whom You have given Me, I have not lost even one."
(10) Lalu Simon Petrus, yang membawa pedang, menghunus pedang itu, menetakkannya kepada hamba Imam Besar dan memutuskan telinga kanannya. Nama hamba itu Malkhus.
(10) 그 때, 시몬 베드로는 칼을 차고 있었습니다. 베드로가 칼을 빼어 대제사장의 종을 쳐서 오른쪽 귀를 베어 버렸습니다. 그 종의 이름은 말고였습니다.
(10) Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it and struck the high priest's servant, cutting off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus.
(11) Kata Yesus kepada Petrus: "Sarungkan pedangmu itu; bukankah Aku harus minum cawan yang diberikan Bapa kepada-Ku?"
(11) 예수님께서 베드로에게 말씀하셨습니다. “칼을 집에 꽂아라. 아버지께서 내게 주신 잔을 마시지 말란 말이냐?”
(11) So Jesus said to Peter, "Put the sword [back] in its sheath! Shall I not drink the cup which My Father has given Me?"

(12) Maka pasukan prajurit serta perwiranya dan penjaga-penjaga yang disuruh orang Yahudi itu menangkap Yesus dan membelenggu Dia.
(12) 그 순간, 군인들과 천부장과 유대 성전 경비대가 예수님을 체포했습니다. 그들은 예수님을 결박하여
(12) {Jesus before Annas and Caiaphas}So the cohort and their commander and the officers of the Jews arrested Jesus and bound Him,
(13) Lalu mereka membawa-Nya mula-mula kepada Hanas, karena Hanas adalah mertua Kayafas, yang pada tahun itu menjadi Imam Besar;
(13) 먼저 안나스에게로 끌고 갔습니다. 안나스는 그 해의 대제사장인 가야바의 장인이었습니다.
(13) and led Him to Annas first; for he was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, who was high priest that year.
(14) dan Kayafaslah yang telah menasihatkan orang-orang Yahudi: "Adalah lebih berguna jika satu orang mati untuk seluruh bangsa."
(14) 가야바는 며칠 전에 유대인들에게 “한 사람이 백성을 위하여 죽는 것이 더 낫다”고 말한 사람이었습니다.
(14) It was Caiaphas who had advised the Jews that it was expedient for one man to die on behalf of the people.
(15) Simon Petrus dan seorang murid lain mengikuti Yesus. Murid itu mengenal Imam Besar dan ia masuk bersama-sama dengan Yesus ke halaman istana Imam Besar,
(15) 시몬 베드로가 다른 제자 한 사람과 함께 예수님을 따라갔습니다. 이 다른 제자는 제사장과 친분이 있는 사람이었기에 그는 예수님과 함께 대제사장의 집 뜰 안으로 들어갔습니다.
(15) Simon Peter and another disciple were following Jesus. Now that disciple was known to the high priest, so he went with Jesus into the courtyard of the [residence of the] high priest;
(16) tetapi Petrus tinggal di luar dekat pintu. Maka murid lain tadi, yang mengenal Imam Besar, kembali ke luar, bercakap-cakap dengan perempuan penjaga pintu lalu membawa Petrus masuk.
(16) 그러나 베드로는 문 밖에서 기다려야만 했습니다. 대제사장과 아는 사이인 그 제자가 문 밖으로 나왔습니다. 그가 문 지키는 여자에게 말하여 베드로를 안으로 데리고 들어갔습니다.
(16) but Peter was standing outside at the door. So the other disciple (John), who was known to the high priest, went out and spoke to the doorkeeper, and brought Peter inside.
(17) Maka kata hamba perempuan penjaga pintu kepada Petrus: "Bukankah engkau juga murid orang itu?" Jawab Petrus: "Bukan!"
(17) 문 지키는 여자가 베드로에게 “당신은 이 사람의 제자 중 한 사람이 분명 아니지요?” 하고 물었습니다. 베드로는 “난 아니에요”라고 대답했습니다.
(17) Then the servant girl who kept the door said to Peter, "You are not one of this Man's disciples, are you?" He said, "I am not."
(18) Sementara itu hamba-hamba dan penjaga-penjaga Bait Allah telah memasang api arang, sebab hawa dingin waktu itu, dan mereka berdiri berdiang di situ. Juga Petrus berdiri berdiang bersama-sama dengan mereka.
(18) 날이 추워서 종들과 성전 경비대가 불을 피워 놓고, 주위에 둘러서서 불을 쬐고 있었습니다. 베드로도 그들과 함께 서서 불을 쬐고 있었습니다.
(18) Now the servants and the officers had made a fire of coals, because it was cold, and they were standing and warming themselves. And Peter was with them, standing and warming himself.
(19) Maka mulailah Imam Besar menanyai Yesus tentang murid-murid-Nya dan tentang ajaran-Nya.
(19) 대제사장이 예수님께 예수님이 가르친 말씀과 제자들에 관해 물었습니다.
(19) Then the high priest questioned Jesus about His disciples and about His teaching.
(20) Jawab Yesus kepadanya: "Aku berbicara terus terang kepada dunia: Aku selalu mengajar di rumah-rumah ibadat dan di Bait Allah, tempat semua orang Yahudi berkumpul; Aku tidak pernah berbicara sembunyi-sembunyi.
(20) 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “나는 세상에 분명히 말하였다. 언제든지 유대인들이 모이는 회당과 성전 뜰에서 가르쳤고, 은밀하게 말한 것이 하나도 없었다.
(20) Jesus answered him, "I have spoken openly to the world. I always taught in a synagogue and in the temple [area], where all the Jews habitually congregate; and I said nothing in secret.
(21) Mengapakah engkau menanyai Aku? Tanyailah mereka, yang telah mendengar apa yang Kukatakan kepada mereka; sungguh, mereka tahu apa yang telah Kukatakan."
(21) 그런데 어째서 내게 묻느냐? 내 말을 들은 사람들에게 내가 그들에게 무엇을 말했는지 직접 물어 보아라. 그 사람들은 내가 무엇을 말했는지 알고 있다.”
(21) Why question Me? Question those who have heard what I said to them. They know what I said."
(22) Ketika Ia mengatakan hal itu, seorang penjaga yang berdiri di situ, menampar muka-Nya sambil berkata: "Begitukah jawab-Mu kepada Imam Besar?"
(22) 예수님이 이렇게 말씀하실 때, 곁에 있던 성전 경비대원 중 한 사람이 예수님의 얼굴을 주먹으로 치면서 말했습니다. “대제사장께 이런 식으로밖에 대답하지 못하겠소?”
(22) But when He said this, one of the officers who was standing nearby struck Jesus [in the face], saying, "Is that how You answer the high priest?"
(23) Jawab Yesus kepadanya: "Jikalau kata-Ku itu salah, tunjukkanlah salahnya, tetapi jikalau kata-Ku itu benar, mengapakah engkau menampar Aku?"
(23) 예수님께서 그에게 “내가 잘못 말하였다면 그 잘못이 무엇인지 말하여라. 그러나 내가 사실을 말했다면 네가 어째서 나를 치느냐?” 하고 말씀하셨습니다.
(23) Jesus replied, "If I have said anything wrong, make a formal statement about the wrong; but if [I spoke] properly, why did you strike Me?"
(24) Maka Hanas mengirim Dia terbelenggu kepada Kayafas, Imam Besar itu.
(24) 그러자 안나스는 예수님을 결박한 채 대제사장 가야바에게 보냈습니다.
(24) So Annas sent Him bound to Caiaphas the high priest.
(25) Simon Petrus masih berdiri berdiang. Kata orang-orang di situ kepadanya: "Bukankah engkau juga seorang murid-Nya?"
(25) 시몬 베드로가 서서 불을 쬐고 있었습니다. 여러 사람들이 베드로에게 “당신도 저 사람의 제자 중 한 사람이 아닌 게 맞지요?”라고 물었습니다. 베드로가 부인하며 “난 아니오!”라고 대답했습니다.
(25) {Peter's Denial of Jesus}Now Simon Peter was [still] standing and warming himself. So they said to him, "You are not one of His disciples, are you?" He denied it and said, "I am not."
(26) Ia menyangkalnya, katanya: "Bukan." Kata seorang hamba Imam Besar, seorang keluarga dari hamba yang telinganya dipotong Petrus: "Bukankah engkau kulihat di taman itu bersama-sama dengan Dia?"
(26) 대제사장의 종 한 사람이 거기에 있었는데 그 사람은 베드로가 전에 귀를 벤 사람의 친척이었습니다. 그가 확신에 차서 말하였습니다. “내가 당신이 그 사람과 함께 정원에 있는 것을 보았소!”
(26) One of the high priest's servants, a relative of the one whose ear Peter cut off, said, "Did I not see you with Him in the garden?"
(27) Maka Petrus menyangkalnya pula dan ketika itu berkokoklah ayam.
(27) 베드로는 다시 부인하였습니다. 그러자 바로 그 순간, 닭이 울었습니다.
(27) So Peter denied it again, and immediately a rooster crowed.
18:28-38 = Yesus di hadapan Pilatus

(28) Maka mereka membawa Yesus dari Kayafas ke gedung pengadilan. Ketika itu hari masih pagi. Mereka sendiri tidak masuk ke gedung pengadilan itu, supaya jangan menajiskan diri, sebab mereka hendak makan Paskah.
(28) 그들은 예수님을 데리고 가야바의 집에서 로마 총독의 관저로 갔습니다. 때는 새벽이었습니다. 유대인들은 몸을 더럽히지 않고 유월절 음식을 먹으려고 총독의 관저에 들어가지 않았습니다.
(28) {Jesus before Pilate}Then the Jews led Jesus from Caiaphas to the Praetorium (governor's palace). Now it was early and the Jews did not enter the Praetorium so that they would not be [ceremonially] unclean, but might [be able to] eat [and participate in the Feast of Unleavened Bread which began after] the Passover [supper].
(29) Sebab itu Pilatus keluar mendapatkan mereka dan berkata: "Apakah tuduhan kamu terhadap orang ini?"
(29) 그래서 빌라도가 직접 밖으로 나와 유대인들에게 물었습니다. “당신들은 무슨 죄목으로 이 사람을 고소하는 거요?”
(29) So Pilate came out to them and asked, "What accusation do you bring against this Man?"
(30) Jawab mereka kepadanya: "Jikalau Ia bukan seorang penjahat, kami tidak menyerahkan-Nya kepadamu!"
(30) 그들이 대답했습니다. “이 사람이 범죄자가 아니라면 총독님께 그를 넘기지 않았을 것입니다.”
(30) They answered, "If He were not a criminal, we would not have handed Him over to you [for judgment]."
(31) Kata Pilatus kepada mereka: "Ambillah Dia dan hakimilah Dia menurut hukum Tauratmu." Kata orang-orang Yahudi itu: "Kami tidak diperbolehkan membunuh seseorang."
(31) 빌라도가 그들에게 말했습니다. “당신들이 직접 그를 붙잡아다가 당신들의 법대로 재판하시오.” 유대인들은 빌라도에게 “우리에게는 사람을 죽일 권한이 없습니다”라고 대답했습니다.
(31) Then Pilate said to them, "Take Him yourselves and judge Him according to your own law." The Jews said, "We are not permitted to put anyone to death."
(32) Demikian hendaknya supaya genaplah firman Yesus, yang dikatakan-Nya untuk menyatakan bagaimana caranya Ia akan mati.
(32) 이로써 예수님께서 자신이 어떠한 죽음을 맞을 것인지에 관해 전에 하셨던 말씀이 이루어졌습니다.
(32) This was to fulfill the word which Jesus had spoken to indicate by what manner of death He was going to die.
(33) Maka kembalilah Pilatus ke dalam gedung pengadilan, lalu memanggil Yesus dan bertanya kepada-Nya: "Engkau inikah raja orang Yahudi?"
(33) 빌라도는 다시 관저로 들어갔습니다. 그리고 그 안으로 예수님을 불러 들여, 예수님께 물었습니다. “당신이 유대인의 왕이오?”
(33) So Pilate went into the Praetorium again, and called Jesus and asked Him, "Are You the King of the Jews?"
(34) Jawab Yesus: "Apakah engkau katakan hal itu dari hatimu sendiri, atau adakah orang lain yang mengatakannya kepadamu tentang Aku?"
(34) 예수님께서 말씀하셨습니다. “이것은 네 스스로 하는 말이냐 아니면 다른 사람들이 나에 관하여 네게 한 말이냐?”
(34) Jesus replied, "Are you saying this on your own initiative, or did others tell you about Me?"
(35) Kata Pilatus: "Apakah aku seorang Yahudi? Bangsa-Mu sendiri dan imam-imam kepala yang telah menyerahkan Engkau kepadaku; apakah yang telah Engkau perbuat?"
(35) 빌라도가 대답했습니다. “나는 유대인이 아니오. 당신의 민족과 대제사장들이 당신을 나에게 넘겼소. 당신은 무슨 짓을 행했소?”
(35) Pilate answered, "I am not a Jew, am I? Your own people and their chief priests have handed You over to me. What have You done [that is worthy of death]?"
(36) Jawab Yesus: "Kerajaan-Ku bukan dari dunia ini; jika Kerajaan-Ku dari dunia ini, pasti hamba-hamba-Ku telah melawan, supaya Aku jangan diserahkan kepada orang Yahudi, akan tetapi Kerajaan-Ku bukan dari sini."
(36) 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “내 나라는 이 세상에 속하지 않았다. 만일 내 나라가 이 세상에 속한 나라였다면, 내 종들이 싸워서 내가 유대인들에게 잡히지 않게 했을 것이다. 이제 내 나라는 이 땅에 속한 것이 아니다.”
(36) Jesus replied, "My kingdom is not of this world [nor does it have its origin in this world]. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would be fighting [hard] to keep Me from being handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this world."
(37) Maka kata Pilatus kepada-Nya: "Jadi Engkau adalah raja?" Jawab Yesus: "Engkau mengatakan, bahwa Aku adalah raja. Untuk itulah Aku lahir dan untuk itulah Aku datang ke dalam dunia ini, supaya Aku memberi kesaksian tentang kebenaran; setiap orang yang berasal dari kebenaran mendengarkan suara-Ku."
(37) 빌라도가 말했습니다. “그렇다면, 당신이 왕이란 말이오?” 예수님께서 대답하셨습니다. “너는 나에게 왕이라고 바르게 말하는구나. 사실 나는 이것을 위하여 태어났으며, 이것을 위해 세상에 왔다. 나는 진리에 대해 증언하려고 왔다. 진리에 속한 사람은 내 말을 듣는다.”
(37) So Pilate said to Him, "Then You are a King?" Jesus answered, "You say [correctly] that I am a King. This is why I was born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth [who is a friend of the truth and belongs to the truth] hears and listens carefully to My voice."
18:38 - 19:16 = Yesus dihukum mati

(38) Kata Pilatus kepada-Nya: "Apakah kebenaran itu?" (18-38b) Sesudah mengatakan demikian, keluarlah Pilatus lagi mendapatkan orang-orang Yahudi dan berkata kepada mereka: "Aku tidak mendapati kesalahan apapun pada-Nya.
(38) “진리가 무엇이오?” 빌라도가 물었습니다. 이 말을 하고, 빌라도는 다시 관저에서 나와 유대인들에게로 가서 말하였습니다. “나는 이 사람에게서 아무 죄도 찾지 못하였소.
(38) Pilate said to Him [scornfully], "What is truth?" And when he had said this, he went out to the Jews again and told them, "I find no guilt in Him [no crime, no cause for an accusation].
(39) Tetapi pada kamu ada kebiasaan, bahwa pada Paskah aku membebaskan seorang bagimu. Maukah kamu, supaya aku membebaskan raja orang Yahudi bagimu?"
(39) 유월절에 내가 당신들에게 죄수 한 사람을 놓아 주는 풍습이 있소. 당신들은 ‘유대인의 왕’을 당신들에게 놓아 주기를 바라시오?”
(39) But you have a custom that I release someone for you at the Passover. So shall I release for you the King of the Jews?"
(40) Mereka berteriak pula: "Jangan Dia, melainkan Barabas!" Barabas adalah seorang penyamun.
(40) 그들은 다시금 목소리를 높여 “이 사람이 아니라 바라바를 놓아 주시오”라고 소리질렀습니다. 바라바는 강도였습니다.
(40) Then they all shouted back again, "Not this Man, but Barabbas!" Now Barabbas was a robber.
