11:1-10 = Sisa Israel
(1) Maka aku bertanya: Adakah Allah mungkin telah menolak umat-Nya? Sekali-kali tidak! Karena aku sendiripun orang Israel, dari keturunan Abraham, dari suku Benyamin.
(1) 그러므로 내가 묻겠습니다. 하나님께서 자기 백성을 버리셨습니까? 절대로 그렇지 않습니다. 나 자신도 이스라엘 사람이요, 아브라함의 후손이며, 베냐민 지파 출신입니다.
(1) {Israel Is Not Cast Away}I say then, has God rejected and disowned His people? Certainly not! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
(2) Allah tidak menolak umat-Nya yang dipilih-Nya. Ataukah kamu tidak tahu, apa yang dikatakan Kitab Suci tentang Elia, waktu ia mengadukan Israel kepada Allah:
(2) 하나님께서는 전에 택하신 자기 백성을 버리지 않으셨습니다. 여러분도 성경이 엘리야에 관해 한 말을 잘 알고 계실 것입니다. 엘리야는 이스라엘을 고소하며, 하나님께 이렇게 호소하지 않았습니까?
(2) God has not rejected His [chosen] people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel?
(3) Tuhan, nabi-nabi-Mu telah mereka bunuh, mezbah-mezbah-Mu telah mereka runtuhkan; hanya aku seorang dirilah yang masih hidup dan mereka ingin mencabut nyawaku.
(3) “주님 그들이 주님의 예언자들을 죽이고, 주님의 제단들을 헐어 버렸습니다. 이제 저 혼자만 남아 있는데, 그들은 저마저 죽이려 하고 있습니다.”
(3) "Lord, they have killed Your prophets, they have torn down Your altars, and I alone am left [of the prophets], and they are seeking my life."
(4) Tetapi bagaimanakah firman Allah kepadanya? "Aku masih meninggalkan tujuh ribu orang bagi-Ku, yang tidak pernah sujud menyembah Baal."
(4) 그런데 하나님께서 엘리야에게 무엇이라고 대답하셨습니까? 하나님께서는 “내가 바알에게 무릎을 꿇지 않은 사람 칠천 명을 나를 위해 남겨 두었다”고 말씀하셨습니다.
(4) But what is God's response to him? "I have kept for Myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal."
(5) Demikian juga pada waktu ini ada tinggal suatu sisa, menurut pilihan kasih karunia.
(5) 지금도 마찬가지입니다. 지금도 하나님의 은혜로 택함을 받은 남은 자들이 있습니다.
(5) So too then, at the present time there has come to be a remnant [a small believing minority] according to God's gracious choice.
(6) Tetapi jika hal itu terjadi karena kasih karunia, maka bukan lagi karena perbuatan, sebab jika tidak demikian, maka kasih karunia itu bukan lagi kasih karunia.
(6) 은혜로 하신 것이라면, 그것은 행위에 의한 것이 아닙니다. 행위에 의한 것이라면, 은혜는 더 이상 은혜가 되지 못할 것입니다.
(6) But if it is by grace [God's unmerited favor], it is no longer on the basis of works, otherwise grace is no longer grace [it would not be a gift but a reward for works].
(7) Jadi bagaimana? Israel tidak memperoleh apa yang dikejarnya, tetapi orang-orang yang terpilih telah memperolehnya. Dan orang-orang yang lain telah tegar hatinya,
(7) 그러면 무엇입니까? 이스라엘이 간절히 바라던 것을 이스라엘은 얻지 못하고, 택함을 받은 자들이 얻었습니다. 반면, 나머지 사람들은 마음이 완악해졌습니다.
(7) What then? Israel failed to obtain what it was seeking [that is, God's favor by obedience to the Law], but the elect [those chosen few] obtained it, while the rest of them became hardened and callously indifferent;
(8) seperti ada tertulis: "Allah membuat mereka tidur nyenyak, memberikan mata untuk tidak melihat dan telinga untuk tidak mendengar, sampai kepada hari sekarang ini."
(8) 성경에도 이렇게 기록되어 있습니다. “하나님께서 그들에게 혼미한 영을 주셔서 오늘날까지 눈이 있어도 보지 못하고 귀가 있어도 듣지 못한다.”
(8) just as it is written [in Scripture], "God gave them a spirit of stupor, Eyes that do not see and ears that do not hear, [a spiritual apathy that has continued] to this very day."
(9) Dan Daud berkata: "Biarlah jamuan mereka menjadi jerat dan perangkap, penyesatan dan pembalasan bagi mereka.
(9) 다윗은 이렇게 말했습니다. “그들의 잔칫상이 그들에게 덫과 올무가 되게 하시고, 그들이 걸려 넘어져 멸망 받게 하소서.
(9) And David says, "Let their table (abundance) become a snare and a trap, A stumbling block and a retribution to them.
(10) Dan biarlah mata mereka menjadi gelap, sehingga mereka tidak melihat, dan buatlah punggung mereka terus-menerus membungkuk."
(10) 그들의 눈은 흐려 보지 못하게 하시고, 그들의 등은 영원토록 굽어 있게 하소서.”
(10) "Let their eyes be darkened so that they do not see, And make their backs bend [under their burden] forever."
11:11-24 = Israel tersandung, bangsa-bangsa lain selamat
(11) Maka aku bertanya: Adakah mereka tersandung dan harus jatuh? Sekali-kali tidak! Tetapi oleh pelanggaran mereka, keselamatan telah sampai kepada bangsa-bangsa lain, supaya membuat mereka cemburu.
(11) 그러므로 내가 다시 묻습니다. 이스라엘이 걸려 넘어져 완전히 망하고 말았습니까? 결코 그렇지 않습니다. 오히려 그들의 죄 때문에 구원이 이방인들에게 이르게 되었고, 이스라엘은 이방인들을 보고 시기하게 되었습니다.
(11) So I say, have they stumbled so as to fall [to spiritual ruin]? Certainly not! But by their transgression [their rejection of the Messiah] salvation has come to the Gentiles, to make Israel jealous [when they realize what they have forfeited].
(12) Sebab jika pelanggaran mereka berarti kekayaan bagi dunia, dan kekurangan mereka kekayaan bagi bangsa-bangsa lain, terlebih-lebih lagi kesempurnaan mereka.
(12) 이스라엘의 범죄가 세상에 풍성한 복을 가져다 주었고 이스라엘의 실패가 이방인들에게 풍성한 복을 가져다 주었다면, 이스라엘 전체가 하나님 앞에 돌아올 때 그 풍성함은 얼마나 더하겠습니까?
(12) Now if Israel's transgression means riches for the world [at large] and their failure means riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment and reinstatement be!
(13) Aku berkata kepada kamu, hai bangsa-bangsa bukan Yahudi. Justru karena aku adalah rasul untuk bangsa-bangsa bukan Yahudi, aku menganggap hal itu kemuliaan pelayananku,
(13) 이제 이방인 여러분들에게 말하겠습니다. 나는 이방인의 사도로서 내가 맡은 직분에 대해 영광스럽게 생각하고 있습니다.
(13) But now I am speaking to you who are Gentiles. Inasmuch then as I am an apostle to the Gentiles, I magnify my ministry,
(14) yaitu kalau-kalau aku dapat membangkitkan cemburu di dalam hati kaum sebangsaku menurut daging dan dapat menyelamatkan beberapa orang dari mereka.
(14) 다만 바라는 것은, 내 동족에게 시기심을 일으켜, 그들 중에 몇 명만이라도 더 구원하고 싶은 것입니다.
(14) in the hope of somehow making my fellow countrymen jealous [by stirring them up so that they will seek the truth] and perhaps save some of them.
(15) Sebab jika penolakan mereka berarti perdamaian bagi dunia, dapatkah penerimaan mereka mempunyai arti lain dari pada hidup dari antara orang mati?
(15) 내 동족 이스라엘이 하나님께 버림을 받게 되어 세상이 하나님과 화목하게 되었다면, 이스라엘이 하나님께 받아들여지는 것은 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살아나는 것이 아니면 무엇이겠습니까?
(15) For if their [present] rejection [of salvation] is for the reconciliation of the world [to God], what will their acceptance [of salvation] be but [nothing less than] life from the dead?
(16) Jikalau roti sulung adalah kudus, maka seluruh adonan juga kudus, dan jikalau akar adalah kudus, maka cabang-cabang juga kudus.
(16) 처음 떼내어 드린 반죽의 일부분이 거룩하면 반죽 전체가 거룩하고, 나무 뿌리가 거룩하면 가지도 거룩한 법입니다.
(16) If the first portion [of dough offered as the first fruits] is holy, so is the whole batch; and if the root (Abraham, the patriarchs) is holy, so are the branches (the Israelites).
(17) Karena itu apabila beberapa cabang telah dipatahkan dan kamu sebagai tunas liar telah dicangkokkan di antaranya dan turut mendapat bagian dalam akar pohon zaitun yang penuh getah,
(17) 참올리브 나무의 가지 중에서 얼마를 잘라 낸 뒤, 야생 올리브 나뭇가지인 여러분을 원가지에 접붙이면, 접붙여진 가지는 참올리브 나무로부터 올라오는 양분을 받게 됩니다.
(17) But if some of the branches were broken off, and you [Gentiles], being like a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among them to share with them the rich root of the olive tree,
(18) janganlah kamu bermegah terhadap cabang-cabang itu! Jikalau kamu bermegah, ingatlah, bahwa bukan kamu yang menopang akar itu, melainkan akar itu yang menopang kamu.
(18) 그러니 여러분은 잘려 나간 가지를 향해 자랑하지 마십시오. 자랑하더라도 명심할 것이 있습니다. 여러분이 뿌리를 지탱하는 것이 아니라, 뿌리가 여러분을 지탱한다는 사실입니다.
(18) do not boast over the [broken] branches and exalt yourself at their expense. If you do boast and feel superior, remember that it is not you who supports the root, but the root that supports you.
(19) Mungkin kamu akan berkata: ada cabang-cabang yang dipatahkan, supaya aku dicangkokkan di antaranya sebagai tunas.
(19) 여러분은 이렇게 말할 수도 있을 것입니다. “나를 접붙이기 위해 가지들이 잘려 나갔다”라고 말입니다.
(19) You will say then, "Branches were broken off so that I might be grafted in."
(20) Baiklah! Mereka dipatahkan karena ketidakpercayaan mereka, dan kamu tegak tercacak karena iman. Janganlah kamu sombong, tetapi takutlah!
(20) 이것은 백 번 지당한 말입니다. 그 가지들은 믿지 않았기 때문에 잘려 나갔고, 반대로 여러분은 믿었기 때문에 나무에 붙어 있습니다. 그러니 자만하지 말고, 오히려 두려워하십시오.
(20) That is true. They were broken off because of their unbelief, but you stand by your faith [as believers understanding the truth of Christ's deity]. Do not be conceited, but [rather stand in great awe of God and] fear [Him];
(21) Sebab kalau Allah tidak menyayangkan cabang-cabang asli, Ia juga tidak akan menyayangkan kamu.
(21) 하나님께서 원래 나무에 붙어 있던 가지들도 아끼지 않으셨다면, 여러분도 아끼지 않으실 것입니다.
(21) for if God did not spare the natural branches [because of unbelief], He will not spare you either.
(22) Sebab itu perhatikanlah kemurahan Allah dan juga kekerasan-Nya, yaitu kekerasan atas orang-orang yang telah jatuh, tetapi atas kamu kemurahan-Nya, yaitu jika kamu tetap dalam kemurahan-Nya; jika tidak, kamupun akan dipotong juga.
(22) 그러므로 하나님의 인자하심과 엄격하심을 깊이 생각하십시오. 넘어진 사람들에게는 하나님의 엄격하심을, 여러분에게는 하나님의 인자하심을 보이셨습니다. 여러분이 계속해서 하나님의 인자하심에 머물러 있으면, 하나님께서도 인자함을 베푸실 것입니다. 만일 하나님의 인자하심에 계속 머물러 있지 않으면, 여러분도 잘리게 될 것입니다.
(22) Then appreciate the gracious kindness and the severity of God: to those who fell [into spiritual ruin], severity, but to you, God's gracious kindness—if you continue in His kindness [by faith and obedience to Him]; otherwise you too will be cut off.
(23) Tetapi merekapun akan dicangkokkan kembali, jika mereka tidak tetap dalam ketidakpercayaan mereka, sebab Allah berkuasa untuk mencangkokkan mereka kembali.
(23) 그리고 잘려 나간 가지가 다시 믿게 되면 그들도 다시 접붙임을 받게 될 것입니다. 왜냐하면 하나님께는 그들을 다시 접붙이실 능력이 있기 때문입니다.
(23) And even they [the unbelieving Jews], if they do not continue in their unbelief, will be grafted in; for God has the power to graft them in again.
(24) Sebab jika kamu telah dipotong sebagai cabang dari pohon zaitun liar, dan bertentangan dengan keadaanmu itu kamu telah dicangkokkan pada pohon zaitun sejati, terlebih lagi mereka ini, yang menurut asal mereka akan dicangkokkan pada pohon zaitun mereka sendiri.
(24) 여러분은 본래 붙어 있던 야생 올리브 나무에서 잘려, 여러분이 속한 종자와는 다른, 좋은 올리브 나무에 접붙여진 가지입니다. 그렇다면 원래 좋은 올리브 가지였던 유대인들이 원래 그들이 붙어 있던 좋은 올리브 나무에 접붙여지는 것은 얼마나 쉬운 일이겠습니까?
(24) For if you were cut off from what is by nature a wild olive tree, and against nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much easier will it be to graft these who are the natural branches back into [the original parent stock of] their own olive tree?
11:25-36 = Penyelamatan Israel
(25) Sebab, saudara-saudara, supaya kamu jangan menganggap dirimu pandai, aku mau agar kamu mengetahui rahasia ini: Sebagian dari Israel telah menjadi tegar sampai jumlah yang penuh dari bangsa-bangsa lain telah masuk.
(25) 형제 여러분, 나는 여러분이 스스로 똑똑하다고 생각하는 일이 없도록 하기 위해, 이 비밀에 대해 알기를 원합니다. 비밀의 내용은 이렇습니다. 이방인의 충만한 수가 하나님께 돌아오기까지 이스라엘 중에 얼마는 완악한 채로 있게 된다는 사실입니다.
(25) I do not want you, believers, to be unaware of this mystery [God's previously hidden plan]—so that you will not be wise in your own opinion—that a partial hardening has [temporarily] happened to Israel [to last] until the full number of the Gentiles has come in;
(26) Dengan jalan demikian seluruh Israel akan diselamatkan, seperti ada tertulis: "Dari Sion akan datang Penebus, Ia akan menyingkirkan segala kefasikan dari pada Yakub.
(26) 그리하여 온 예루살렘이 구원을 얻을 것입니다. 성경에 이렇게 기록되어 있습니다. “구원자가 시온에서 나와 야곱의 자손에게서 경건하지 못한 것을 제거할 것이다.
(26) and so [at that time] all Israel [that is, all Jews who have a personal faith in Jesus as Messiah] will be saved; just as it is written [in Scripture], "The Deliverer (Messiah) will come from Zion, He will remove ungodliness from Jacob."
(27) Dan inilah perjanjian-Ku dengan mereka, apabila Aku menghapuskan dosa mereka."
(27) 이것은 내가 그들의 죄를 없앨 때에 그들과 맺을 내 언약이다.”
(27) "This is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins."
(28) Mengenai Injil mereka adalah seteru Allah oleh karena kamu, tetapi mengenai pilihan mereka adalah kekasih Allah oleh karena nenek moyang.
(28) 복음의 관점에서 볼 때, 이스라엘은 여러분들 때문에 하나님의 원수가 되었습니다. 그러나 선택의 관점에서 볼 때, 그들은 조상들 때문에 하나님의 사랑을 입은 사람들입니다.
(28) From the standpoint of the gospel, the Jews [at present] are enemies [of God] for your sake [which is for your benefit], but from the standpoint of God's choice [of the Jews as His people], they are still loved by Him for the sake of the fathers.
(29) Sebab Allah tidak menyesali kasih karunia dan panggilan-Nya.
(29) 하나님께서는 선물을 주시고 부르신 후에 무르는 법이 없습니다.
(29) For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable [for He does not withdraw what He has given, nor does He change His mind about those to whom He gives His grace or to whom He sends His call].
(30) Sebab sama seperti kamu dahulu tidak taat kepada Allah, tetapi sekarang beroleh kemurahan oleh ketidaktaatan mereka,
(30) 전에 하나님께 불순종하던 여러분이 이제 이스라엘이 불순종한 것 때문에 자비를 얻게 되었듯이,
(30) Just as you once were disobedient and failed to listen to God, but have now obtained mercy because of their disobedience,
(31) demikian juga mereka sekarang tidak taat, supaya oleh kemurahan yang telah kamu peroleh, mereka juga akan beroleh kemurahan.
(31) 현재 이스라엘이 불순종하는 것은 여러분에게 내린 하나님의 자비하심을 그들도 받기 위해서입니다.
(31) so they too have now become disobedient so that they too may one day receive mercy because of the mercy shown to you.
(32) Sebab Allah telah mengurung semua orang dalam ketidaktaatan, supaya Ia dapat menunjukkan kemurahan-Nya atas mereka semua.
(32) 하나님께서는 모든 사람들에게 자비를 베푸시기 위해 모든 사람을 불순종하는 데에 가두어 두셨습니다.
(32) For God has imprisoned all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all [Jew and Gentile alike].
(33) O, alangkah dalamnya kekayaan, hikmat dan pengetahuan Allah! Sungguh tak terselidiki keputusan-keputusan-Nya dan sungguh tak terselami jalan-jalan-Nya!
(33) 오, 하나님의 지혜와 지식의 부유함은 참으로 깊습니다! 하나님의 판단은 헤아릴 수 없으며, 그분의 길은 아무도 찾을 수가 없습니다.
(33) Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and decisions and how unfathomable and untraceable are His ways!
(34) Sebab, siapakah yang mengetahui pikiran Tuhan? Atau siapakah yang pernah menjadi penasihat-Nya?
(34) “누가 주님의 마음을 알았으며, 누가 그분의 의논 상대자가 되었습니까?”
(34) For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor?
(35) Atau siapakah yang pernah memberikan sesuatu kepada-Nya, sehingga Ia harus menggantikannya?
(35) “누가 먼저 하나님께 무엇을 드려서, 하나님의 답례를 받는단 말입니까?”
(35) Or who has first given to Him that it would be paid back to him?
(36) Sebab segala sesuatu adalah dari Dia, dan oleh Dia, dan kepada Dia: Bagi Dialah kemuliaan sampai selama-lamanya!
(36) 이는 모든 것이 하나님께로부터 나왔고, 하나님의 보살핌으로 보존되며, 하나님의 영광을 위해 존재하기 때문입니다. 하나님께 영광이 영원토록 있기를 원합니다. 아멘.
(36) For from Him [all things originate] and through Him [all things live and exist] and to Him are all things [directed]. To Him be glory and honor forever! Amen.
