14:1-12 = Jangan menghakimi saudaramu
(1) Terimalah orang yang lemah imannya tanpa mempercakapkan pendapatnya.
(1) 믿음이 약한 사람을 받아들이고, 논란이 있는 문제에 단언을 내리지 마십시오.
(1) {Principles of Conscience}As for the one whose faith is weak, accept him [into your fellowship], but not for [the purpose of] quarreling over his opinions.
(2) Yang seorang yakin, bahwa ia boleh makan segala jenis makanan, tetapi orang yang lemah imannya hanya makan sayur-sayuran saja.
(2) 자기가 가지고 있는 믿음에 따라 모든 음식을 먹는 사람이 있지만, 믿음이 약하여 채소만 먹는 사람도 있습니다.
(2) One man's faith permits him to eat everything, while the weak believer eats only vegetables [to avoid eating ritually unclean meat or something previously considered unclean].
(3) Siapa yang makan, janganlah menghina orang yang tidak makan, dan siapa yang tidak makan, janganlah menghakimi orang yang makan, sebab Allah telah menerima orang itu.
(3) 모든 음식을 먹는 사람은 채소만 먹는 사람을 업신여기지 마십시오. 또 채소만 먹는 사람은 모든 음식을 먹는 사람을 비난하지 마십시오. 이는 하나님께서 그를 받으셨기 때문입니다.
(3) The one who eats [everything] is not to look down on the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat must not criticize or pass judgment on the one who eats [everything], for God has accepted him.
(4) Siapakah kamu, sehingga kamu menghakimi hamba orang lain? Entahkah ia berdiri, entahkah ia jatuh, itu adalah urusan tuannya sendiri. Tetapi ia akan tetap berdiri, karena Tuhan berkuasa menjaga dia terus berdiri.
(4) 여러분이 누구이기에 남의 종을 판단하십니까? 그가 서 있든지 넘어지든지 그것은 자기 주인이 관여할 문제입니다. 종이 서 있게 된다면, 그것은 주님께서 그를 서게 할 수 있기 때문입니다.
(4) Who are you to judge the servant of another? Before his own master he stands [approved] or falls [out of favor]. And he [who serves the Master—the Lord] will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand.
(5) Yang seorang menganggap hari yang satu lebih penting dari pada hari yang lain, tetapi yang lain menganggap semua hari sama saja. Hendaklah setiap orang benar-benar yakin dalam hatinya sendiri.
(5) 어떤 날을 다른 날보다 더 중요하다고 생각하는 사람이 있는가 하면, 모든 날이 다 같다고 여기는 사람도 있습니다. 이럴 경우, 사람마다 자기 마음에 확신이 있어야 합니다.
(5) One person regards one day as better [or more important] than another, while another regards every day [the same as any other]. Let everyone be fully convinced (assured, satisfied) in his own mind.
(6) Siapa yang berpegang pada suatu hari yang tertentu, ia melakukannya untuk Tuhan. Dan siapa makan, ia melakukannya untuk Tuhan, sebab ia mengucap syukur kepada Allah. Dan siapa tidak makan, ia melakukannya untuk Tuhan, dan ia juga mengucap syukur kepada Allah.
(6) 어떤 날을 더 중요하게 여기는 사람도 주님을 위해 그런 생각을 하는 것이고, 어떤 음식이나 다 먹는 사람도 주님을 위해 먹는 것입니다. 그는 음식을 먹을 때, 하나님께 감사한 마음을 갖습니다. 음식을 가려 먹는 사람도 주님을 위해 그리하며, 그 사람도 하나님께 감사한 마음을 가집니다.
(6) He who observes the day, observes it for the Lord. He who eats, eats for the Lord, since he gives thanks to God; while he who abstains, abstains for the Lord and gives thanks to God.
(7) Sebab tidak ada seorangpun di antara kita yang hidup untuk dirinya sendiri, dan tidak ada seorangpun yang mati untuk dirinya sendiri.
(7) 우리 중에 자기 자신만을 위해 사는 사람은 한 명도 없으며, 자기 자신만을 위해 죽는 사람도 없습니다.
(7) None of us lives for himself [for his own benefit, but for the Lord], and none of us dies for himself [but for the Lord].
(8) Sebab jika kita hidup, kita hidup untuk Tuhan, dan jika kita mati, kita mati untuk Tuhan. Jadi baik hidup atau mati, kita adalah milik Tuhan.
(8) 우리가 산다면 그것은 주님을 위해 사는 것이고, 죽는다면 주님을 위해 죽는 것입니다. 그러므로 살든지 죽든지 우리는 주님의 것입니다.
(8) If we live, we live for the Lord, and if we die, we die for the Lord. So then, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.
(9) Sebab untuk itulah Kristus telah mati dan hidup kembali, supaya Ia menjadi Tuhan, baik atas orang-orang mati, maupun atas orang-orang hidup.
(9) 그리스도께서는 죽은 사람만 아니라 살아 있는 사람의 주님이 되기 위해서 죽으셨다가 다시 살아나셨습니다.
(9) For Christ died and lived again for this reason, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living.
(10) Tetapi engkau, mengapakah engkau menghakimi saudaramu? Atau mengapakah engkau menghina saudaramu? Sebab kita semua harus menghadap takhta pengadilan Allah.
(10) 그런데 여러분은 왜 여러분의 형제를 비판합니까? 왜 형제를 업신여깁니까? 우리는 다 하나님의 심판대 앞에 설 사람들입니다.
(10) But you, why do you criticize your brother? Or you again, why do you look down on your [believing] brother or regard him with contempt? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God [who alone is judge].
(11) Karena ada tertulis: "Demi Aku hidup, demikianlah firman Tuhan, semua orang akan bertekuk lutut di hadapan-Ku dan semua orang akan memuliakan Allah."
(11) 성경에도 이렇게 기록되어 있습니다. “주님께서 말씀하시기를, 내가 살아 있나니 모든 무릎이 내 앞에 꿇을 것이요, 모든 혀가 하나님께 자백할 것이다.”
(11) For it is written [in Scripture], "As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, And every tongue shall give praise to God."
(12) Demikianlah setiap orang di antara kita akan memberi pertanggungan jawab tentang dirinya sendiri kepada Allah.
(12) 그러므로 우리는 각자 자신이 한 일에 대해 하나님께 사실대로 말씀드리게 될 것입니다.
(12) So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
14:13-23 = Jangan memberi batu sandungan
(13) Karena itu janganlah kita saling menghakimi lagi! Tetapi lebih baik kamu menganut pandangan ini: Jangan kita membuat saudara kita jatuh atau tersandung!
(13) 그런즉 다른 사람에 대해 심판하지 맙시다. 우리가 더욱 힘쓸 것은 형제의 길에 그를 넘어지게 하는 것이나 장애물을 놓지 않겠다고 결심하는 일입니다.
(13) Then let us not criticize one another anymore, but rather determine this—not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block or a source of temptation in another believer's way.
(14) Aku tahu dan yakin dalam Tuhan Yesus, bahwa tidak ada sesuatu yang najis dari dirinya sendiri. Hanya bagi orang yang beranggapan, bahwa sesuatu adalah najis, bagi orang itulah sesuatu itu najis.
(14) 내가 주 예수님 안에 있는 사람으로서 확신하기로는, 그 자체로 부정한 음식은 하나도 없습니다. 어떤 음식이 부정하다고 믿는 사람이 있다면, 그 사람에게는 그 음식이 부정한 것입니다.
(14) I know and am convinced [as one] in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean [ritually defiled, and unholy] in itself; but [nonetheless] it is unclean to anyone who thinks it is unclean.
(15) Sebab jika engkau menyakiti hati saudaramu oleh karena sesuatu yang engkau makan, maka engkau tidak hidup lagi menurut tuntutan kasih. Janganlah engkau membinasakan saudaramu oleh karena makananmu, karena Kristus telah mati untuk dia.
(15) 음식 문제로 여러분의 형제가 상처를 받았다면, 여러분은 사랑으로 행동한 것이 아닙니다. 그리스도께서 대신해서 죽으신 그 형제를 음식 문제로 망하게 하지 마십시오.
(15) If your brother is being hurt or offended because of food [that you insist on eating], you are no longer walking in love [toward him]. Do not let what you eat destroy and spiritually harm one for whom Christ died.
(16) Apa yang baik, yang kamu miliki, janganlah kamu biarkan difitnah.
(16) 그러므로 여러분이 옳다고 생각해서 하는 것이 오히려 비난의 대상이 되지 않게 하십시오.
(16) Therefore do not let what is a good thing for you [because of your freedom to choose] be spoken of as evil [by someone else];
(17) Sebab Kerajaan Allah bukanlah soal makanan dan minuman, tetapi soal kebenaran, damai sejahtera dan sukacita oleh Roh Kudus.
(17) 하나님의 나라는 먹는 일이나 마시는 일이 아니라, 성령 안에서 누리는 의와 평강과 기쁨입니다.
(17) for the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking [what one likes], but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
(18) Karena barangsiapa melayani Kristus dengan cara ini, ia berkenan pada Allah dan dihormati oleh manusia.
(18) 이런 마음으로 그리스도를 섬기는 사람은 하나님을 기쁘시게 하고 사람들에게도 인정을 받습니다.
(18) For the one who serves Christ in this way [recognizing that food choice is secondary] is acceptable to God and is approved by men.
(19) Sebab itu marilah kita mengejar apa yang mendatangkan damai sejahtera dan yang berguna untuk saling membangun.
(19) 그러므로 우리 모두 화평함을 이루는 일과 서로 덕을 세우는 일에 힘씁시다.
(19) So then, let us pursue [with enthusiasm] the things which make for peace and the building up of one another [things which lead to spiritual growth].
(20) Janganlah engkau merusakkan pekerjaan Allah oleh karena makanan! Segala sesuatu adalah suci, tetapi celakalah orang, jika oleh makanannya orang lain tersandung!
(20) 음식 문제로 하나님의 일을 무너뜨리지 않도록 합시다. 음식은 다 깨끗한 것이지만, 어떤 음식을 먹은 것이 다른 사람을 넘어지게 한다면 그것을 먹는 것은 그 사람에게 좋지 못한 것입니다.
(20) Do not, for the sake of food, tear down the work of God. All things indeed are [ceremonially] clean, but they are wrong for the person who eats and offends [another's conscience in the process].
(21) Baiklah engkau jangan makan daging atau minum anggur, atau sesuatu yang menjadi batu sandungan untuk saudaramu.
(21) 고기를 먹는다거나, 술을 마신다거나 그 밖에 여러분의 형제를 넘어지게 하는 일은 하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.
(21) It is good [to do the right thing and] not eat meat or drink wine, or do anything that offends your brother and weakens him spiritually.
(22) Berpeganglah pada keyakinan yang engkau miliki itu, bagi dirimu sendiri di hadapan Allah. Berbahagialah dia, yang tidak menghukum dirinya sendiri dalam apa yang dianggapnya baik untuk dilakukan.
(22) 여러분에게 어떤 신념이 있다면 그것은 여러분과 하나님 사이의 일로만 간직해 두십시오. 스스로 옳다고 믿는 일을 할 때, 자신을 정죄하지 않는 사람은 복 있는 사람입니다.
(22) The faith which you have [that gives you freedom of choice], have as your own conviction before God [just keep it between yourself and God, seeking His will]. Happy is he who has no reason to condemn himself for what he approves.
(23) Tetapi barangsiapa yang bimbang, kalau ia makan, ia telah dihukum, karena ia tidak melakukannya berdasarkan iman. Dan segala sesuatu yang tidak berdasarkan iman, adalah dosa.
(23) 그러나 의심을 하면서 먹는 사람은 정죄를 받은 것입니다. 그것은 믿음에서 나온 것이 아니기 때문입니다. 믿음에서 나오지 않은 것은 다 죄입니다.
(23) But he who is uncertain [about eating a particular thing] is condemned if he eats, because he is not acting from faith. Whatever is not from faith is sin [whatever is done with doubt is sinful].
